"Housed behind Neighborhood and Noble Experiment is Youngblood, the third bar inside the building and a “speakeasy tucked within a speakeasy.” A personalized cocktail experience hosted in a bar with only 16 seats, each visit is never like the last as visitors are guaranteed a unique cocktail made to cater to their preferences. Since 2021, Youngblood has become known for its omakase-style cocktail selection and now, the bar has altered their experience to include three cocktails with each reservation: the first allows guests to choose their flavor profile from a list of cocktails such as the Floral + Juicy + Elegant with Sakura cherry blossom; the second is a spontaneous “Dealer’s Choice”; and the third features dessert-inspired pours like the Coffee Cake with whiskey and banana. With provocative decor, Persian carpets, and a cheeky ambiance, this spot is a playful yet classy venue for adults who don’t take themselves too seriously.
