Had a wonderful dining experience at Yuan in Jersey City! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—each dish truly stood out. We tried the Chicken in Numbing Chili Oil, which had the perfect balance of heat and that signature Szechuan tingle, along with the Wonton in Chili Sauce, packed with bold, comforting flavors.
The Stir-Fried Noodles were perfectly cooked and satisfying, while the Braised Fish in Szechuan Bean Sauce was rich, aromatic, and full of depth. The Szechuan Dry Fried Chicken was crispy, spicy, and absolutely addictive. To end on a sweet note, the Brown Sugar Rice Cake was soft, chewy, and just the right amount of sweet.
The ambiance is modern yet cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you’re in Jersey City and love authentic Szechuan cuisine, Yuan is a must-visit. Highly recommend—can’t wait to go back! 🌶️🍜🐟
