This was a split decision (I would have given 2.5 stars on my own, especially given the price point, but my wife and daughters would have given 3.5/4 stars). My family and I tried this place for dinner while on vacation in Park City.
They enjoyed the sushi and edamame, but found the sushi rice to be rather tasteless and not sticky such that the rolls would fall apart when you picked them up to eat. These are rather minor points, but when I am paying about $15/roll, I expect all of the elements to be excellent, and the rice is a pretty big component of sushi.
I had the pork ramen (which was good, but not as good as at dedicated ramen places like Jinya ramen) and, at the recommendation of our server, the executive roll. I did not like the roll at all - it had the same rice issues as I mention above. And, perhaps in a failure of presentation over taste, they put a very small piece of lime on each piece of the roll. That taste completely overpowered the roll, so it taste like spicy key lime pie with a fish aftertaste, and it was $23 for that one roll!
We also tried the fried rice spicy tuna roll, and I thought that was very good, though the rice could have been a less greasy.
I will not return (but my family might without me).
