The 18 Best Restaurants in Park City, Utah

"The sushi pickings are slimmer in Park City than in other ski towns. Yuki Yama, which translates to “snow mountain,” offers the best local option with seamless Japanese hospitality, complete with a covetable table in the private tatami room for up to nine guests. Start with chef-owner Kirk Terashima’s signature crispy tuna tartare and yama-mame (boiled soybean pods sauteed in sesame oil, garlic, togarashi, and cherry preserves), before diving into savory pork ramen, well-composed sushi rolls, and everything else. Ask for recommendations from the restaurant’s extensive list of limited-availability whisky, sake, and spirits." - Katie Shapiro

The 22 Best Restaurants In Park City, Utah

"Sushi in a land-locked mountain town might sound suspicious, like a shark pledging a human-free diet, but at Yuki Yama, fish is flown in daily for the extensive menu of hot plates, noodles, sashimi, and creative maki. Grab a tall booth for a date night or get a seat at the sushi bar to see the chefs in action. Start with the Yama-mame, Yuki’s spin on edamame seasoned with garlic, togarashi, and cherry preserves, then try the wagyu beef tataki—served on a sizzling Himalayan sea salt block—and move on to the chef’s choice nigiri." - jene shaw

Google
Without a doubt one of the best sushis I’ve tasted. The attention to detail to boost each individual flavor is impressive. The service is 5 stars, but Brodie in particular went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure.

Google
Incredible experience here at Yuki Yama Sushi. The only downside was how filling every dish was and we couldn't order more! The staff are genuine and recommended excellent dishes. The tokyo sour was a great drink, nicely balanced and frothy.

Google
Brodie took incredible care of us two nights in a row. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and letting the chef guide you omakase style and let Brodie help you with sake recommendations throughout, Stacie was wonderful in guiding our palettes as well, and it’s worth noting the incredible atmosphere and soundtrack that this place offers in Park City, a very fun night out with incredible food and service! Truly a highly of our first trip to Park City

Google
Ramen was outstanding and full of flavor, especially on a cold evening! Sushi options for beginners and those looking to explore fun combinations! Service was super fast and friendly! They brought us the Macha Cheesecake for dessert and it was a delicate, delicious treat!

Google
I took advice from a local when I asked for the best sushi restaurant in park city, and I'm thankful I did. The service was excellent and the ambiance is cozy and warm. The sashimi and maki rolls were unique and delicious. Everything was extremely fresh.

Google
I travel a lot for work and leisure, and one cuisine I always seek out is sushi. Park City has a gem with Yuki Yama. I can go on and on and praise this restaurant, but I won't because I see most of the reviewers already have. That in itself, though, is a sign of consistency and excellence. I will be eating here again this week. And I will share a photo because I haven't seen one of the perfect tempura.

Google
Wanted to love this place. But sadly could not. Everything was on the salty side. Seaweed salad. Nice look and textures but salty. Not that it was too salty just everything was salty flavored . Sushi salty. Wasabi salty soy sauce salty no sweetness to break things up. The ginger was tasty as it slightly broke up the salty theme. Maybe they could add a sweet medium thick with low sodium non salty soy sauce. Had the spicy tuna and Rikki rolls also spicy and salty. Some Portions are small. Best best thing was nice waitress and the not to be missed 20 thin layer pistachio crepe cake.

Google
We went here a couple of months ago, and the food was delicious! Very good Japanese sushi. We ordered several rolls as we had a party of six and did plenty of food sharing. I would say you couldn’t go wrong with your order, although a couple of rolls were really spicy. The ambience is nice and the layout was pretty cool. The place was nice and clean and the service was very good. We will totally go back here again next time we’re in Park city and want some good Japanese sushi.

Yelp
Brody was amazing. We had an anniversary and he definitely made it special. We allowed him free reign to pick out menu and he did an amazing job. We had sushi we would've never tried on our own. He made us happy. We will be back when we are back in town.

Yelp
The best Japanese food, sashimi and Hamachi Kama in Utah! We had a party of eight and the waiter tried the best to take care of us. Ordering from two separate sides was confusing, most dishes arrived on time however some dishes had not been put into the cue. Nonetheless, we had a great time and the food was amazing! Cold Sake was superior and hit the spot along with the sashimi. Ambiance was fun! Food recommendations: Yama-mame Chicken Karaage House Salad Toro battera Doki doki crepe cake Sashimi Kanpachi Kurodai Shima aji Cucumber salad Sake maki Spicy scallop Hamachi kama

Yelp
At first, I was skeptical--who gets sushi in a landlocked city? But Yuki Yama completely proved me wrong. They import their fish directly from Japan, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The fish is unbelievably fresh and literally melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is always lively, and for good reason--this place is consistently delicious. Whether it's their perfectly balanced rolls, incredible nigiri, or creative small plates, everything is top-notch. It's no surprise that we make it a priority to dine here every time we're in Park City. If you love sushi, Yuki Yama is an absolute must!

Yelp
I've been coming to park city each season for the last 6 years and always try to stop in for sushi at Yuki Yama. The food has never been out of this world, but our recent visit last week was really a let down. We ordered the following -edamame -stuffed shishito peppers -12 piece chefs choice nigiri - Mr. miyagi roll - Bruce Lee Roy roll - otoro sashimi The shishito peppers are the only item worth ordering. They were fantastic. The rolls were terrible and lacked any flavor. They seemed like they were made an hour before and then given to us. (I know this isn't true but that's how it tasted) The nigiri was decent but again they lacked flavor. Typically a fine dining sushi restaurant is better about garnishing nigiri. The service was impeccable which is why I wanted to leave 3 stars. Save your money and go to Oishi. Better vibes there and honestly better overall experience.

Yelp
This place is surely one of our favorites in Park City. The ambiance is cool inside, especially seated next to the window overlooking downtown. Our server was great. Every item we ordered was incredibly high quality. LOVED the Red Crab and Kabocha Gyoza as well as the Pretty Riki and Executive rolls! Absolutely will be back on our next ski trip.

Yelp
Took forever to get this reservation but happy to finally have checked this place out. The place itself is very cute. I've been lucky with parking every time so grateful for that. We were able to be seated at a table upstairs. Vibes were very cute. Staff was really nice and attentive, they always came when we needed help. The salmon hand roll, mr. Myagi, crispy tuna and black cod were my personal favorites. I thought the fish was fresh but honestly I think this level is up there with some other restaurants I've tried in Utah. This was a good place and happy to have tried it out atleast once!
google avatar

Yelp
This is hands down the best sushi I've eaten eaten. The prices were so reasonable and we got to watch our amazing chef make each menu item we ordered. Everything tasted so fresh and high quality. We had such a good time that we didn't take pictures of the rest of our food. The restaurant was very lively. Be sure to book in advance as our waiter said people typically book 6 weeks out.

Yelp
Scored a 4:30 opening reservation here and was eager anticipation of knock my ski boots off sushi. Well as a party of six we got seated in a booth better for four, actually our booth had a bench that extend out that with enough space for us all. I asked if they could add another extender but nope. Odd as it was clearly designed more for four than six might have been nice, but sadly the wouldn't do it for us, COZY like a triple lift on both sides: minus a star!!! The chefs were umm will like most places in US. But give them credit most of our dishes were good. We got our tuna role that had the most hard rice I can remember. We had a several pieces and they were all bad. We finally tracked the waitress down and let her know our disappointment. Something we never saw before she asked if she could take it back to the chef to check, we said sure and she just reached out with her hand and picked up the eight remaining pieces okay.... ... that was strange and intrusive! Took foever after we finished everything when got our second round was just a bit better, but still harder than what good should be. Cleary the chef didn't try his second masterpiece. Honestly the second one was also hard and not acceptable for this kind of place, but we didn't bother asking refund. Most places would have comped the order oh well : - one star. All the other stuff was decent but not level I'd expect from a first rate place in Park City, guess the guest don't know great sushi or this was a bad day. Beyond the bad service and disappointing response for the terrible roll it was four stars. But considering the location and expecting and price - three stars...

Yelp
What an absolutely stunning experience!! I don't know what to tell you that the photos can't do better. The wagyu tataki smells, tastes, and looks incredible. The service is top-tier. The drinks are delicious. 10/10 experience.

Yelp
Incredible dinner at Yuki Yama for Valentine's Day. All the food was incredible and the service/view of Main Street was also great. Highly recommend the Mr. Miyagi roll. I think it was some of the best sushi I've had!

Raquel B.

Yelp
My favorite sushi restaurant in PC. It's a must when I'm in town. Their menu is extensive and they have the best rolls and the freshest fish. Brodie, the manager, is very hospitable and will help you choose the best dishes. Make sure to make reservations as it's always busy.

Yelp
Nice ambiance; friendly service by Dustin, our server, and Manny, our sushi chef. Scored a spot at the sushi bar. Started miso soup )great) and the chef specialty hamachi carpaccio w/ yuzu vinaigrette, Serrano peppers and micro greens (excellent). Tempura roll w/ cuke, avo and spicy sauce was very good. Then, really enjoyed the Green Hornet - spicy tuna, tempura shishito peppers, avocado, cilantro and jalapeño aioli. Sapporo and hot sake paired perfectly. Oh, the music was really good, too!
google avatar

Nisha B.

Yelp
Loved some and didn't like few others. Big shout out to the hostess and our amazing server for being patient and guiding us! What you should try - lamb lollipops - passion fruit white fish - maybe tempura What i would avoid - Bruce Lee roll - crispy rice tuna (too heavy to eat, too thick of the rice) Overall- great spot! Great ambiance!
google avatar

Yelp
RELATIVE score alert- in San Diego or NYC, Yuki is a 3 star place. Service is great but the quality of the rice and fish selection are middle of the road. But it is the best sushi in Park City.
google avatar

Ariana M.

Yelp
Really REALLY good sushi!! Everything is so fresh and my love of kimchi soup started here. Now I'm on the hunt for the same savory flavors at home. Great service, actually excellent service. We had the best server and management was also pleasant-checking on tables. Will return next time I'm in Park City!

Yelp
Great place. Had many options with were delicious and unique. Our server was amazing and loved how cozy it was.

Yelp
A Park City local recommended the 6 Piece Nigiri. We really enjoyed it - high quality fish. We understand the restaurant flies in fresh fish daily. The restaurant is great for groups and service is fast.

Yelp
We were admittedly skeptical about sushi in the mountains. Yuki Yama pleasantly surprised our crew. We had to wait about 45 minutes for a table, but filled the time easily by wandering through shops downtown. Our table was located at the back of the restaurant and felt intimate. We tried a variety of sushi, in addition to the chicken kaarage and some daily specials. The chicken portion was much larger than expected and ultimately we ordered a little more than our appetites. Everything was prepared carefully and presented beautifully. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. The chicken was perfectly crisp. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. We took several of her recommendations when ordering. Yuki Yama has a good sake list, too. We didn't order any, but I always like to judge a sushi restaurant by its sake offerings. Yuki Yama is legit. Prices are on the higher end, but in line with what you'd expect to pay for top quality sushi.

Yelp
So good! We walked in on a Monday night about 8pm. They seated us right away at the sushi bar, but that was only because the reservation had canceled. All the other seats were full. So make a reservation! This place was good. We had the executive, Bruce Lee, and a shrimp maki. I was so full I couldn't eat the maki roll. The executive comes with a habanero sauce, which I asked for on the side. Glad I did. I thought my tongue was going to fall off. The roll was so flavorful it didn't even need a sauce. Service was very attentive. Highly highly recommend.

Yelp
The best sushi in Utah. FRESH FRESH FRESH! Nothing here disappoints. Service was amazing, everything was clean, and we can't wait to return.
google avatar

Yelp
Favorite sushi restaurant in Park City for many years now. My preferred seating is at the sushi bar to watch the chefs work. Service is always consistent and spot on.
google avatar

Katie W.

Yelp
I still talk about this place after eating here a month ago! It's some of the best sushi I've ever had. The food is absolutely delicious and has a special flavor unique to the restaurant. Everything is wonderful, and the Bruce Lee Roy is hands down the best thing I've ever tasted. The service was friendly, fast and professional. Every employee working here is awesome! The ambiance is lively and busy, but the table was still private. Although it was busy, we could still have a conversation without straining to hear. I will definitely come back to this place and bring more friends! You will love this place, too!

Yelp
5 years later and the quality just got better flavor and service. Last minute reservation so we couldn't sit together as a family however our server JED went above and beyond to get the certain sashimi we liked for our daughters that sat upstairs. Ambiance is chic yet chilled for a nice dinner after a hard ski day. Totally worth the drive .
google avatar

Maya P.

Yelp
Amazing food, even better service, and sitting at the sushi bar makes for a great time in a wonderful sushi spot in downtown Park City. Try to get to YY every time I'm in Park City.
google avatar

Gerald J.

Yelp
Although the service is very good, the food is highly over-rated, and zeriously over-priced. The sashimi had little flavor and the wasabi (read: "horseradish") had little kick. I liked the ginger best of all. If I had been blindfolded, you could have told me I the food was from Smith's.
google avatar

Cameron S.

Yelp
Loved the waygu and was super fun to cook yourself. Great staff too and overall good experience.
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
Ambiance cool. Service was amazing. Multiple servers and sushi chef taking very good care of us. Very kind people. Sushi chef was quite entertaining. The problem was the sushi & food. Unmemorable. Here was our order. 2 pieces of chu toro nigiri - mediocre Negi Hama maki roll - mediocre Negi Toro hand roll - mediocre Spider roll maki - bleh Tempura - this was quite good - lightly battered and fried well Miso cod with bok choy was ok

Yelp
What an amazing find in the beautiful mountains of Utah. This wonderful sushi restaurant on Main Street is one of the best we have ever been to. It starts with great management led by Brody, who is excellent at recommendations and should be trusted. We sat at the Sushi Bar with Chef Lynn who is soft spoken and fantastic at what she does. Everything that they make, and serve is presented in true, artistic fashion. Making it both a visual and culinary dining experience. We started with Kimchi Miso soup. What an amazing blend of two dishes that we love and this slightly spicy broth is loaded with flavors and spicy cabbage and a must for starters. From there we had the Executive Roll another great spin on a traditional roll served with a side of house made Habanero Sauce making yet another home run! Next we had Nigiri that is truly world class and outstanding in all aspects. Hamachi, Salmon Sake, Shima Aji and more. To finish, Lynn made us a wonderful and unique Flounder Nigiri which is something we have never had, but a must try. It is excellent! As a finale, as if things could not get better, Brody suggested their Dragon Slayer Sake which is crisp yet with no harsh notes. Truly outstanding. We are excited to come back again soon! Make reservations well in advance for dinner

Yelp
Yes yes yes to Yuki Yama Sushi! I was able to convince a friend of mine to eat here while our significant others were mountain biking. With not having a reservation at 5:30 on a Thursday night, we only waited about 5 minutes for them to clear a table for us. We were then assisted by a wonderful waitress who gave great recommendation and was considerate of my friend's shellfish allergy. I ordered the chef's 6 piece nigiri, the negi-toro hand roll, and the spicy hama maki. Everything was delicious and so fresh. I wish the chef's nigiri were 6 different pieces of fish, but I can't complain with the three options they gave me. Highly recommend making a reservation and dining here. The sushi is fantastic and I wish I could have tried more of their food. Until next time!
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy and amazing Billy the server had great recommendations and everything we had was superb. The service staff all was top notch. They sat us at a great seat for my birthday

Yelp
This was a split decision (I would have given 2.5 stars on my own, especially given the price point, but my wife and daughters would have given 3.5/4 stars). My family and I tried this place for dinner while on vacation in Park City. They enjoyed the sushi and edamame, but found the sushi rice to be rather tasteless and not sticky such that the rolls would fall apart when you picked them up to eat. These are rather minor points, but when I am paying about $15/roll, I expect all of the elements to be excellent, and the rice is a pretty big component of sushi. I had the pork ramen (which was good, but not as good as at dedicated ramen places like Jinya ramen) and, at the recommendation of our server, the executive roll. I did not like the roll at all - it had the same rice issues as I mention above. And, perhaps in a failure of presentation over taste, they put a very small piece of lime on each piece of the roll. That taste completely overpowered the roll, so it taste like spicy key lime pie with a fish aftertaste, and it was $23 for that one roll! We also tried the fried rice spicy tuna roll, and I thought that was very good, though the rice could have been a less greasy. I will not return (but my family might without me).

Yelp
Some of the best sushi ever experienced. Service was first rate. We sat upstairs and were a group of eight. Make a reservation well in advance or miss out
google avatar

Yelp
Sashimi was excellent. Spider was really great too. Will be back when we purchase house in Park City.
google avatar

Yelp
Top-tier sushi in a landlocked state - could it be so?? Yes. Yuki Yama is, without a doubt, the highest quality sushi in the mountainous state of Utah. Go ahead and arrive to this meal with high expectations, you will not be disappointed. Located off Park City's Main Street, the ambiance will envelop you into a land all its own. The staff will walk you through the culinary experience that will make you a believer in land-locked sushi. You will want to come back for the hand-rolls alone. Don't miss the opportunity to drink a canned Funaguchi while you are enjoying your rolls!
google avatar

Emily K.

Yelp
What a stellar meal! We were recommended here from a friend and it did not disappoint. The fish was so fresh and melt in your mouth. The flavors were complimentary to each fish and prepared with care. We sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed watching the preparation. I highly recommend the special crudo type dishes offered each night. Everyone was attentive and provided great recommendations. It was cozy and intimate and perfect for a relaxing dinner after a day of skiing.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
Good sushi spot on Main Street. Apparently it's always booked so make reservations in advance. They have your standard sushi rolls and then a nice selection of speciality rolls along side other various hot entrees including ramen. Our server Link was very attentive and helpful as we ordered a handful of rolls and ramen. Sushi was very fresh and flavorful. Ramen is delicious as well.
google avatar

Adrian P.

Yelp
First stop for eating on our trip to Park City. Plates were creative and shashimi melts in your mouth. Recommend to start with stuffed shishito peppers. Had the executive and green hornet rolls. The executive is spot on with the sashimi on top. The green hornet had a bit to much sauce on top and made it to spicy, and spicy I usually enjoy.

Yelp
Great fish!! Uni was surprisingly very fresh!! Great atmosphere, good service, we'll be back again! Wasn't impressed with hand roll, next time I will get extra order of uni
google avatar

Gabrièle G.

Yelp
My absolute favorite Park City restaurant! Amazing food, great service, and fun ambiance. Sit at the sushi bar if you can, and ask the chef to make you his favorite picks from the menu (or off menu!). Utah may be a landlocked state but you would never know based on this incredible sushi restaurant.
google avatar

Jasmine M.

Yelp
The Restraunt has a really cool hipster Asian fusion vibe and flows really well. The Wagyu Beef Tataki is a MUST try. It's a very cool interactive dinner and the sauces paired with wagyu are perfect. The Vernita Green roll & the Beatrix Kiddo roll are both great however the Vernita Green roll really stood out. The corn was a really interesting addition and a perfect fusion sushi roll. The Hamachi sushi roll was also very fresh and flavor full. That being said there were so many things we wanted to try at the restaurant however we could not due to my shellfish allergy & the concern of contamination within the fryer. Due to this we could not try the tempura veggies, stuffed shishito peppers, and some other dishes. I would really like to give this restaurant another try and hope in the future they can accommodate a shellfish allergy better

Yelp
We were there last year and it was so good that we came back again this year. We had a fabulous dinner last night. A highlight was the 9 piece sashimi that they offer. Rick, one of the chefs, was unbelievable funny and did a custom arrangement for us. It was all so good that we went back the next day for lunch. All the fish is fresh and well prepared. The lamb lollipops are a must too.

Jenna L.

Yelp
The food was amazing, the service was incredible, sitting at the sushi bar was a fun experience! We splurged and ordered fancy sushi that just melted in our mouths. I would highly recommend going and checking it out.

Paul B.

Yelp
Absolutely terrific all around. The rolls were fresh and inventive and creative. Our server was very knowledgeable and pleasant and gave us phenomenal suggestions. Very nice environment as well. Will definitely return when we're in town!
google avatar

Yelp
Solid sushi spot. Service is excellent and food is tasty. Tried the lamb lollipops which were pretty good. The maki rolls were good but pretty small. Overall, a little expensive with smaller portions but great quality.

Yelp
Came here with my husband for dinner after skiing in Park City. It came highly recommended by many as a must try sushi restaurant - it definitely didn't disappoint. Yama-Mame: These were so good, super flavorful Stuffed Shishito Peppers: Very good, a bit on the heavy side Tuna Tataki: Was not what we expected, but after mixing everything really well - tasted great Nigiri: A must order here, the fish is so fresh and rice prepared perfectly Highly recommend making resos well in advance as they book up quickly!

Yelp
First time I've been to Yuki Yama and it was amazing. I had the Mr. Miyagi , miso soup and edamame which was great. All excellent choices. I usually get Tito's and soda, however they only had grey goose and a Japanese vodka. I'm not a fan of grey goose so i went with the Japanese vodka which was not bad. There are a ton of menu options. The service was perfect. I literally have zero negatives about this spot. Food and service was A1. Great pick for sushi. We didn't drive however there appears to be plenty of street parking. If you decide to try out Yuki Yama highly suggest making a reservation. We only had one option online but we called and was able to get in. They have refer online reservations. Also the restaurant is located in an area you can walk to a ton of other spots.

Yelp
Super busy inside. No reservations, our only option is the sushi bar. I see why they usually want reservations. It's small, but there are tables upstairs as well. They have about 8-10 seats at the sushi bar. Jorge gave us our small plate, he and Jed are waiting on us tonight. All starred items on the menu have raw fish in it. Ordered two kimchi miso, two ginger salad, stuffed shishito peppers (goat cheese), 2 California roll (they don't use cream cheese, we added the goat cheese and scallions) and a Beatrix kiddo. $94.65. The ginger salad is fresh and yummy. The kimchi miso soup is quite different, good though. It has good flavor and heat to it. Rice at the bottom of the soup. The studded shishito peppers are so nice. Nice crunch from the tempura batter. Soft cream cheesiness gushes out after you first bite. They don't have sriracha but gave us habanero sauce, which was quite hot. Should have brought our own sriracha. The habanero was a bit hot and doesn't have the sweetness of sriracha and it's still burning my lips. The ginger garnish is too soft and perfumed. I like a bit of snap and crunch to my ginger. It's fun to watch Jorge make our sushi as well as others. He takes care with each roll he makes. The Beatrix kiddo is uniquely different. Wasn't my jam. Was just okay. The custom california was also different with our added goat cheese, but it was good after the first roll and made for a decent substitute to the desired cream cheese. Service is very good here. Super attentive staff. Almost feels like we have our own sushi chef and waiter, they tag team well to make sure the service is stellar.

Yelp
It had been a long time since my last visit, and I have to say both my wife and I were very disappointed in the food, especially at this price point. $200 for both of us before tip with no alcohol. Service was great, but we left disappointed. I have been eating at sushi restaurants for over 40 years and I would consider sushi to be my favorite food. Over the years I have eaten at all different levels of sushi restaurants, from all you can eat, rotating plates, to super high end and I would put my meal at Yuki Yama towards the bottom. And I am not very picky! We ordered the edamame, cucumber salad and pork gyoza to share and I ordered the 15 piece sashimi, the Executive special maki roll and a bowl of rice. Edamame - good, liked the course ground salt. Cucumber salad - better, sizable portion with good flavor. Pork Gyoza - maybe the worst I have ever had and I will happily eat the frozen microwave stuff. Little flavor and bad texture, like it had been reheated after sitting out for hours. Sauce that came with it was good. 15 Piece Sashimi - pretty good with a nice array of seaweed salad and other edible garnishes. There were 4 different cuts, salmon, red snapper, travally jack, and fatty tuna. Some cuts were great, fatty tuna, but they were just ok, with the salmon being disappointing. If that is all I had, I would not have been so disappointed, but $60... Executive Maki Roll & Rice Bowl - the rice in everything was not good. Like the gyoza, its texture was like it had been reheated. Super disappointed. My wife's meal was similar, a roll and salmon nigiri. Salmon was ok, but rice in both ware terrible. Overall I am not sure if we just had a one-off bad meal, or if this has become characteristic of the quality. Either way, I will not be going back anytime soon!

We came during off season Nov 2022 and had reservations for dinner on a Tuesday. We arrived about an hour early but were able to get seated right away in a cute upstairs area. Our server was Carlos and he was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the menu. We ordered an assortment of items including the Kumamoto Oysters, Bluefin Tuna Tataki, Wagyu Masubi, Bruce Lee Roy roll, and the Sho Nuff roll. Our favorites were the oysters (they are small but very flavorful and they were so good, I ordered a second round) and the Wagyu masubi. The wagyu was cooked perfectly, a little pink in the middle but cooked enough while having a great flavor complemented by the sauce. The tuna tataki had very thin slices of apple which provided a crunch and freshness. The prices are on the higher end but this is Main Street Park City. We will be back again in May and look forward to stopping by for lunch on the weekend!
