Absolutely loved my visit to Yum Yum Caribbean Cuisine. The service is excellent — genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being over the top. You feel looked after from the moment you walk in. The food is outstanding and great value for money. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality easily rivals places that charge much more. The menu feels experimental in a really good way — there’s creativity and confidence in the dishes, but nothing feels risky because everything is executed well. Every plate we tried was full of flavour and clearly made with care. A real gem in Finsbury Park and somewhere I’d happily return to again and again.

The experience we had at Yum Yum was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every dish was packed with flavor and prepared with care. The presentation was beautiful. The standout for me was the main course- seasoned just right, perfectly cooked, not to mention the sides that complemented it wonderfully. Portions were generous without being overwhelming. The staff also checked in at times to make sure everything was perfect. Their cocktails were a real highlight. There is something on the menu for everyone. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, this restaurant offers amazing food, fantastic cocktails, and a truly enjoyable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTE 10/10 — YUMYUMS IS A MUST! From the moment you walk into YumYums, the smell alone deserves five stars. Proper Jamaican flavours, cooked like someone’s nan is in the back putting love into every pot. The food is insane — the jerk chicken falls off the bone, the rice & peas are seasoned to perfection, and the oxtail? Madness. Melt-in-your-mouth levels. Portions are BIG, fresh, and worth every penny. The patties are flaky and hot, the coleslaw is creamy, and their dumplings are addictive. And don’t even get me started on the gravy… you could drink it on its own. Staff are friendly, vibes are always right, and the service is quick even when they’re packed. You can tell everything is cooked with passion. If you want REAL Jamaican food — proper, authentic, full-flavour dishes — YumYums is the spot. Best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend. 🔥🔥🔥

Came here for a meal with a group of friends and we were very impressed. From beginning to end we were given the VIP treatment. All of our queries were answered by the patient and engaging staff, thanks to Kiki and the team. The service was pleasant and friendly. The food was generous and tasty too. I’d highly recommend Yum Yum!

Wow wow wow what can I say about YYCC totally outstanding on so many levels beyond my expectations. At 1st I wasn't too sure of the place when I got there as I booked for a party of 8 to 10 for a long overdue gathering & birthday celebration. But this uncertainty was put aside in seconds by the lovely Keke & the rest of the staff as they sorted out the Tables, seating, Table covers in minutes. The set up gave an exclusive feel like we had booked the whole restaurant with nice music in the background which they kindly gave us the option to change different types of music. Keke (apologies if spelling is incorrect) was our waitress for the night who was so welcoming and her attention to detail & banter with the guests was second to none. We ordered a few fruit rum punches & Guinness punches which were divine. They had a wide variety of food to choose from, with us selecting a combination of jerk chicken, jerk lamb chops, lamb skank, curry goat & jerk salmon. With a platter of jerk, BBQ wings, and plantain.The taste of the food was absolutely beautiful and the portions were really good & generous. And you know when food taste good there is silence at the table :-). There was also a number of nice touches with Keke getting birthday cake for the birthday guest and other guests and the manager putting on the busy signal Happy birthday song on, and providing celebration shots for all our guests. We eat like kings as our bellies were totally full and the cost was very reasonable indeed. the professionalism from start to finish was outstanding and YYCC is really a undercover gem of a place that I highly recommend to all. I must also give extra thanks and praise as they usually close at 10pm. But this was indirectly extended without a word being said. As we were having such a great time as well I will go on a deeper level that the experience will further encourage myself and my crew to meetup & break bread more regularly now. So YYCC I thank you for that :-)

We usually buy take away, but we decided to Eat in at the restaurant, we had some amazing food, the staff are so lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere was so cosy. Compliments to the chef!
