"If finding coffee is your first priority after getting your carry-on rearranged by TSA, grab some here, plus a few black and white cookies, bagels, or savory spinach and cheese turnovers. Eat them while you become unironically hypnotized by Terminal B’s floor-to-ceiling fountain that plays Frank Sinatra’s “New York, New York” while projecting images of yellow cabs and the Staten Island Ferry." - anne cruz
"Zaro’s is a local bakery mainly found in transportation terminals known for its vaguely Jewish baked goods, including oversize bagels stacked in giant heaps, and plastic-wrapped loaves of challah on display. But it also offers a beguiling range of wraps, sandwiches, soups, and pastries; in the latter category find an old fashioned pecan Danish such as one used to find at bakeries all over the city, but now rare. There is plenty of seating at Zaro’s to enjoy breakfast, and the coffee isn’t bad." - Eater Staff

"Through the month of May, Zaro’s at Grand Central is hosting a pop-up with Hudson Valley vegan cheese brand Treeline and will be selling bagel sandwiches made with Treeline’s cashew-based cream cheese." - Erika Adams
