José Andrés Opens His Popular Mediterranean Restaurant Zaytinya on the Las Vegas Strip | Eater Vegas

"Opened May 13 in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, this Mediterranean restaurant from José Andrés serves vibrant Greek, Turkish, and Lebanese mezze rooted in the approach that earned the group's two‑decade‑old Washington, D.C. flagship a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Head chef Stephanie Martinez offers classics like labneh and tzatziki, house‑made spanakopita, and the chef’s signature lemony, fire‑roasted baba ghanoush, alongside standouts such as a blistered flatbread crowned with spicy soujouk and melty Caesar cheese with a soft‑set egg, delicately charred octopus over a velvety yellow split pea purée, and Las Vegas‑exclusive mains including Tangier‑spiced grilled lamb chops with spring pea tzatziki, seasonal whole grilled fish, and a mixed grill of lamb, kofte, chicken, and adana skewers; a tender lamb shoulder served with lettuce cups is highlighted as a childhood‑favorite preparation. Adrian Rene’s cocktail program, staged under a curved glass bar inspired by the Greek evil eye, features inventive drinks like a pomegranate‑forward Pomona with ouzo, a Minoan Sour emulsified with Spanish olive oil and egg white for silkiness, a gin martini fat‑washed with olive oil, and precise zero‑proof options such as a clarified milk punch. The 8,604‑square‑foot dining room, designed by the Rockwell Group, evokes a Mediterranean country home with large oak doors, trellises, and plants that transition into a sleek, modern interior with towering brown columns and dark blue booths; the restaurant operates nightly in the evening." - Ryan Slattery

Las Vegas’s Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings, Spring 2024 | Eater Vegas

"I'm excited that José Andrés is bringing Zaytinya to the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace — a restaurant that launched in Washington, D.C., in 2002 and helped shift Andrés into Eastern Mediterranean flavors. Expect signature dishes such as the pide (a Turkish flatbread with an egg cracked over the top), the spiced lamb baharat kebab with tabbouleh, charred tomatoes, and tahini sauce, and the cult-favorite Brussels sprouts tossed with coriander seed, barberries, and garlic yogurt; both Zaytinya and a second, to-be-announced Andrés restaurant are slated to open this year." - Janna Karel

Wonderful ambience and beautiful decor, but the food was a bit underwhelming. The Brussels sprouts were easily the best dish of the night, packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The salmon main dish was alright but leaned too sour and did not feel well balanced. The grilled chicken was decent, but the portion size was surprisingly small, and the presentation felt lacking for a restaurant of this caliber.

10/10 experience!!!!! We celebrated our engagement and the staff went above and beyond for us. The chef came out to personally thank us for celebrating there which was a nice gesture. The service was incredible and the food was unreal. We really loved the red pepper feta dip, it tasted so fresh. Definitely will be returning next time we are in Vegas!

Randomly walked into here for dinner after shopping at the Caesar’s Forum. Located at the lowest level, the outside was very warm and inviting. Came on a Thu night, no wait at all. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and my server (Victor) was excellent with the recommendations and knowledge of each dish. The crispy Brussels sprouts were DELICIOUS! The yogurt sauce gave it such a nice flavor. My kid and I ordered chicken and beef shish kabobs and it looked quite small on presentation but we were stuffed by end of the meal. Overall a really nice place, great food, friendly staff. Would recommend!

Google
This is a Jose Andres newest Mediterranean style restaurant at the Forum Shop in Caesar Palace. The decorations and vibe of the restaurant is blend and nonspecific to its theme. The food and the selections of dishes are pretty standard and good. There is a Chef's menu that is one and for all in the party. We selected our favorite dishes and they were good. Overall, we had a nice experience.

“A wonderful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the interior design was stunning. You can tell every detail was thoughtfully planned with the guest experience in mind. The staff was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from start to finish. A place I would gladly return to.”

This fabulous place is located inside the Forum Shops at Caesars, and is the latest concept from the acclaimed José Andrés group, bringing a vibrant Mediterranean dining experience to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Turkey, Greece, and Lebanon, this restaurant adds a refreshing and dynamic option to the Forum Shops’ impressive dining lineup. From the moment you enter through the grand oak doors adorned with trellises and greenery, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The entryway opens into a lively bar and lounge where mosaic tile details, lush accents, and soft lighting create an elegant yet relaxed vibe. The décor is modern, chic, and beautifully thought out, highlighted by a stunning bar that immediately sets the tone. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Our server, Bianca, was charming, professional, and genuinely accommodating. She made our evening even more enjoyable, and it was clear that the entire team was dedicated to creating a memorable dining experience. To start, we ordered the Pomona cocktail, a refreshing Greek inspired blend of pomegranate and ouzo, reminiscent of a Mediterranean mojito. It was bright, crisp, and delicious. The food was simply outstanding. We began with the Halloumi Pide, a flatbread topped with Turkish tomato sauce, easily one of my favorite starters and highly recommended. The Fattoush salad followed, a refreshing mix of tomato, cucumber, tossed with a tangy pomegranate vinegar dressing. We also tried the Dolmades, grape leaves filled with rice, and tomato, a beautifully executed classic. For our entrée, we chose the Seared Salmon, served with hand-rolled couscous, roasted zucchini, red pepper, apricots, and a flavorful harissa broth. Perfectly cooked and well-balanced, it was the highlight of the meal. We ended on a high note with their Turkish coffee, beautifully presented and as delightful in taste as in tradition, the perfect finish to a memorable meal. Zaytinya exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the stunning atmosphere, excellent service, and phenomenal food, this is a restaurant we will absolutely be returning to. A must-visit when in Las Vegas.

Google
Amazing food. Service is great. They are very attentive to you. From needing more bread and water as well as check up on your periodically. The dishes are very well made, and although a bit pricey, very easily shareable. If you are looking to get a big meal, the course recommendation is a great deal. Portions are bigger than expected. Everything we ate was amazing and well seasoned without being overpowering.

Google
Absolutely fantastic. I dined at the bar as a party of one, and still received amazing service for both drink and food. The pita bread they give you as a starter is fabulous with the olive oil and pomegranate syrup. Cocktail and wine I had were both amazing. Star of the show was the octopus dish. And if you like lemon, don’t skip over the lemon olive oil sorbet; I will be dreaming about that for days. Highly recommend!

Yelp
My wife and I joined my son and his wife who are visiting from the midwest, for dinner tonight. We had warned them this could end up being very expensive to eat on the stip in Las Vegas. Boy was I wrong. Their price to portion ration was excellent as we order family style sharing portions. The quality of the food was top-tier and presentation excellent. Thw blending of flavors from the different Mediterranean cultures was flawless. Our server Nicholas was of the highest caliber. He presentation of the options and knowledge of the food was first class. My daughter-in-law has a specific food allergy and he quickly clarified with the chef this would not be an issue. Nicholas and his assistants took care of us, as if we were the only patrons in the place. Magnificent! The decor and lighting were spot on. Elegant without being snobbish. Lighting was perfect, to allow clear color presentation of the food, without washing-out the room or creating any glare. We had a wonderful time.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2025 #188: I've been a fan of Jose Andres for several years. I've been to all of his restaurants here in Vegas so, I had to check out his newest restaurant which opened this year, Zaytinya. I went for my birthday which calls for a special meal. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. Their website described Zaytinya as "Zaytinya's menu reflects the rich regional diversity of classical Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisines. Starting with authentic ingredients and traditional techniques." I've had amazing Turkish, Greek and Lebanese food from friends of that heritage and restaurants I've been to. Zaytinya's interpretation of those cuisines took a nose dive when it comes to flavor. HALLOUMI PIDE: They have 4 kinds of pide, a Turkish flatbread usually stuffed with cheese, spinach, za'atar and spiced meat. This has Turkish tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, halloumi cheese, and chives. This was not pide! It was more like cafeteria pizza. 1/5 OCTOPUS SANTORINI: Grilled mediterranean octopus, marinated onions, capers, and yellow split pea purée. The octopus was properly cooked. The flavors were good. But it's nothing special 3/5 CELEBRATION RICE: Crispy tahdig, buttery basmati rice, saffron, almonds, pistachios, dried cherries, spiced braised chicken. There's not much flavor and this dish is supposed to be tasty! 1/5 GREEK YOGURT AND APRICOT: Muscat soaked apricots, vanilla yogurt cream, pistachio powder. A light and refreshing dessert. 4/5 TURKISH COFFEE CHOCOLATE CAKE: Molten center Valrhona chocolate cake, roasted pistachios, Turkish coffee syrup, mastic ice cream. Rich and a good portion. You get sweet, bitter, hot, cold and different textures. 3.5/5 The interior is nice. Service was okay. I keep coming back to Jose Andres' restaurants but this will be a one and done.

Yelp
Alycia is a very sweet waitress and she loves her job and knows the menu by heart! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has great vibes!! I love the scallops and shrimp and all the amazing sauces. The Brussels sprouts are sautéed and gluten free! 5 stars for the entire experience

Yelp
We made a late reservation here after arriving back from out of the country. We had been to the D.C. location for brunch almost one year ago and it was fabulous. Tonight we arrived and were warmly greeted. We were a little surprised that it wasn't packed as it was a Friday night in Vegas. The ambience was nice and the staff was friendly and doted on us. The waiter helped us choose a bottle of wine (Kir-Yianni Naoussa) in our price range from Greece and it went well with the food. We shared: Hommus Kawarma, H'tipiti, Tabbouleh, Shish taouk, Adana Kebab, rice, and pita bread (warm, pillow-like, fresh). For desert we shared the olive oil cake ( good, but probably too much food at that point). All of the food was delicious and evoked memories of our D.C. visit. Its always hard to choose from the varied dishes, but getting the small plates allows us to share a more varied selection. The restaurant is hard to find in its current location (poor Forum Shop signage at times), but worth the hunt. We look forward to returning soon.

Yelp
I hate to write one star reviews, but Zaytinya was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had all the way around. I came here over a month ago for my birthday, and I left very disappointed. What I hated the most was to spend almost $300 on a very mediocre meal. From what I've heard in restaurant news, Zaytinya is suppose to be a similar dining experience to Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at the Sahara. But sadly, I can tell you firsthand that Zaytinya is nowhere close to Bazaar Meats. Not even close! I can tell by the service alone that they were trying way too hard to impress their first guests. And unfortunately, by doing that they ruined the whole experience for me and my husband. First off, a server doesn't need to tell their customers to leave a review. I see that as very unprofessional and if a guest wants to leave a review, they will decide if they want to do that. The way the menu is laid out is tapas style, and I can tell you that's not a good idea for mediterranean style food. I ordered an array of food that was recommended by my very eager waitress and those weren't good choices. Even though my waitress was friendly, I seen her and the water person, the bread person and the food runner and the busser come to my table every 5 to 10 minutes within the hour that I was there, and it was very disruptive. As I was trying to enjoy a date night with my husband. I was not able to relax because of the constant interruption. But I would say the worst part of my meal was the food. Almost everything that was ordered was poorly executed, especially the meat and seafood dish we had as our main course. My husband ordered some type of steak and it was supposed to be done, medium, but sadly it was well done and because of it, was very tough and hard to eat. And sadly, it also lacked flavor. I ordered a side of shrimp and a garlic sauce and I can't believe that they did not cook the shrimp all the way it tasted horrible so I only ate about two and left the rest. Aside from the meat dishes, we ordered Tzatziki and a side of hummus, and it did not taste any better than your corner Greek restaurant in town. We also had the smoked beet salad and the falafel and dolmades and there was nothing special about it. I can tell you I've definitely had better elsewhere. I think the only thing I liked was the spanakopita which is a spinach and cheese wrapped in phyllo dough. My only advice to anyone that's going to pay almost $300 for a meal for a special occasion, is to make sure you do your foodie homework before making reservations. I've been to plenty five star restaurants in fabulous Las Vegas and I promise you Zaytinya is not one of them. I hate to say this, but I don't see Zaytinya staying open for long because people will realize it's just overpriced Mediterranean food. Friends, do yourself a favor and don't believe all the hype. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Yelp
Zaytinya is a Mediterranean Restaurant by JOSÉ ANDRÉS located in the Forum Shops in Caesar's Palace. Parking is easy as can be by the $7.00 valet and the restaurant is very close to the entrance. It beautiful and modern looking inside. They also have a bar area. It was very slow during the week and the hostess sat us at a small table in the middle of the room. It made me feel like I was floating in the middle of a sea of tables. It felt even more uncomfortable when she sat a table behind me in a big empty room. Anyways - Short Story - Mostly Very Good but not perfect. Longer Story - The food we tried - Complimentary Pita Bread - More like balloon Bread but VERY GOOD Hummus - Good flavors but very thick Grape Leaves - AMAZING The "Must Get Dish" Crunchy Vegetables - Really Great - Get Them Beet Salad - Very Good Brussels Sprouts - Good Flavors but very Dry Brussels Sprouts tonight Meatballs - Interesting Very Good Salmon - 2/3 amazing but 1/3 of the fish was BLOODLINE (my first bite I thought I was eating old bad fish but then I noticed that I was eating bloodline. Usually in nicer restaurants they remove the bloodline. Here the piece of fish was so thin and small that it was 1/3 bloodline. That doesn't seem right to me.) Not sure if I can recommend the salmon. Olive Oil Cake - Very Good Greek Yogurt with Cherry - Very interesting and very different Service was very welcoming but many plates came too quickly. The server and management were very apologetic about that and offered complimentary champagne that I turned down. They did serve us the extra dessert. My husband was far more upset than me about how fast the plates flew out before we were done with plates. I felt that the server tried to be as nice as possible to us.

Yelp
Food is special and very tasty, the service from Dudley was top notch very happy with that kind of service make customers return, we sat by the Bar area and we have a nice look to the whole restaurant, the host at the front was super nice and kind to fix us a table near the bar area as our request, we highly recommend this place, WILL BE BACK SOON.

Yelp
Beautiful new restaurant with a great happy hour! Our awesome bartender, Victor, was very knowledgeable about the menu, cocktails, and the restaurant in general and helped us along our foodie journey. Everything we tried was delicious, from the Halloumi Pide (flatbread with cheeses and Turkish tomato sauce), to the chicken, eggplant, and olive oil cake (see pics). Victor did a wonderful job explaining the nuanced flavors and gave us a sample of a new mocktail on the house, which paired perfectly with our dessert! Upscale but comfortable ambiance, gorgeous decor and attention to detail, even in the restrooms! Truly wonderful experience, can't wait to go again.

Yelp
Despite Zaytinya just opening when we went, the service was very attentive (though we had to wait at the host stand for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged us). Our food was incredible and our server was so nice and accommodating to our toddler. It helps that he has a kid of his own :) Sometimes these celebrity chef restaurants are a disappointment, but Jose Andres really knows his stuff and the flavors were unique and upscale Greek/Turkish/Lebanese. I found out later that many of my friends have been to the locations in NYC and DC so they must be doing something good at Zaytinya!

Yelp
Beautiful new restaurant in Las Vegas. I went to go visit on my birthday before the Fourth of July holiday. I found the service to be so pleasant and welcoming as we came in and checked at the host station. Our server was so accommodating and lovely. We got there an hour early for happy hour, which included small plates and some drink options and great pricing. The place is modern, warm, comfortable, and wonderfully thought out. I often judge restaurants on the restroom , I know a little weird, but hey, it's a thing. The restroom is super cool design, lighting is key and clean. The restaurant's menu is set up by small plates along with some entrées and the drinks are beautifully crafted. I enjoyed my margarita very much and the puffed pita is super nice innovated presentation. I would definitely go back again as they told me they're changing it up to make it a little more lively in the evenings with a DJ. Congratulations on your restaurant!

Yelp
I love love middle eastern food. I have no problem spending top dollar for good food. This was simply not good food. The bland hummus topped with lamb (tasted like the most gamey mutton ever) was one of the worst dishes I've had in a long time. The atmosphere feels very corporate and cold. Jose is simply collecting the check and doesn't care at all about this place.

Yelp
Have happy hour at bar, excellent food and service. Inside Ceasars right at Street level of Forum shops . Bread they give you is soft and fluffy.

Yelp
Had reservations for three on a Saturday night including the wife and my adult son. Overall we had a wonderful experience as the service was exceptional and the food was fantastic. This is pretty much a tapas-style restaurant so we shared multiple dishes. We started with the spanakopita, falafel, Zaytinya fries and soujouk flatbread. The falafel was perfectly tender on the inside with a crunchy exterior. The fries were well seasoned and the flatbread was very good. There's a runny egg on top with delicious sausage and cheese. The only dish I wasn't thrilled with was the spanakopita. Instead of the thousands of flaky layers that makes this dish unique and so delicious it was more like a pastry crust that I found to be overly greasy. The filling was quite good but just got lost in the flabby exterior. Side note - they bring out a basket of complimentary fluffy homemade pita bread after you order and will continue offering to bring more. It's so good we had to say no after round two for fear of ruining our appetites for the rest of the meal! My wife ordered a tomato and cucumber salad which had that same bread used as croutons. Very tasty! The three of us split the kebab platter as an entree and added the octopus. The kebabs are highly recommended - there were two styles of lamb (sausage and diced), one chicken and one beef meatball. They're accompanied by grilled blistered Roma tomatoes, sautéed onions and peppers and a little parsley salad. All were exceptional! The octopus was super tender and was on a bed of pea purée. Also definitely recommended! For dessert we shared the olive oil cake and the Turkish coffee chocolate cake. Both were delicious and a great was to finish the meal. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and had a distinct Mediterranean vibe. We were seated at a very comfortable corner booth. Dinner for three was $272 before tip which included two excellent glasses of Greek wine, two soft drinks and a double espresso with the two desserts after the meal. We had lots of yummy leftovers to bring home which I devoured the next day LOL.

Yelp
Zaytinya is located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Definitely a convenient spot for my family and me to have a dinner on our first night of vacation, but it was a bit difficult to find coming from the hotel area - definitely a long walk (and we had a couple of older people in our group). We had a reservation, but still have to wait a bit for an open table - not a huge deal, it was only about 10 minutes or so. Decent service for the most part, but I feel like they are not the most attentive - sometimes we would have to request something 2 - 3 times for them to actually bring it. When we finally seated, we ordered a variety or different appetizers and entrees to share for our table. We ordered a 2 orders of each of their Cauliflower Tiganites, Celebration Rice, Kebab Platter, Octopus Santorini, and pita bread with some sort of dipping olive oil (not sure what this one is called). Definitely too much food and the food was decent, but it was a good time.

Yelp
Love, love, love Jose Andres. Zaytinya for us was a mixed bag. Some dishes were inspired, some fell flat. First off, the decor was stunning. It felt like a calm evening in a beautiful backyard in the Mediterranean. Appetizers/spreads: came with warm, delicious pita -Baba ghannouge: the best thing we ate. Must order. -Hummus: solid. -Red pepper feta: great. -Tzatziki: meh. Kinda watery. -Spanakopita: great. -Fries: solid. The dip was very good. -Seared halloumi: meh. -Octopus: excellent and tender. Mains: kinda disappointing -Whole fish: excellent. Perfectly cooked with great flavor and crispy skin. -Lamb chops: not tender and lacked flavor. -Steak: also not tender, despite being medium rare. Also bland. Dessert: overall disappointing, too?! -Chocolate cake: fine, nothing to write home about. -Greek yogurt: missing the yogurt tang? Maybe I wasn't the target audience for this because I live for the tangyness of yogurt. The yogurt part just tasted like fluffy vanilla. The servers were wonderful and very professional. There were some kinks in the service that I'm sure will be sorted out in the coming weeks. We all thought the service was actually a bit too proactive; multiple servers were always asking in quick succession to take away dishes while we were still enjoying them. The water glasses were also opaque so the servers had a hard time keeping them full for us. Pricing was very reasonable. We definitely over-ordered by a long shot and the total bill did not feel like extortion as is typical of Vegas. Cocktails were excellent and the wine list was so fun with loads of interesting Greek options. If you love mezze or girl dinner, you could also definitely go for a fun, light meal of spreads, delicious pita, and wine.

Yelp
There was incredible service at the restaurant and I can't wait to come back! Everything looked splendid on the menu, as it was a mix of dips, spreads, small bites and protein. (I would also say it's vegetarian-friendly because of the appetizers.) We got the red pepper spread, got many helpings of pita, the soujuk pide, scallops and salmon. With a dining group of 3, I thought we got a pretty good taste of the whole menu. Next time I come back, I would love to try the adana kebab, lamb, and Tadig. The dessert -- Greek yogurt with ice cream -- was a fun way to clear the palate along with the carajillo which tasted like melted affogato.

Yelp
It's such a treat to finally have this restaurant in Las Vegas. I have enjoyed it in both NYC and DC and the Vegas location absolutely delivers the same magic. Mediterranean dining at its best with a beautiful mix of Lebanese, Greek, and Turkish flavors, all executed perfectly. The service is warm, attentive, and knowledgeable with spot-on recommendations. The meze menu is a must, order several items to share, then add a few main dishes for the perfect family-style meal. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Do not miss their cocktails! Jose Andrés impresses once again with a restaurant that is vibrant, delicious, and memorable. All in all, 10 out of 10 and highly recommended for both Vegas locals and tourists!

Yelp
I have a really hard time eating out because most places cook with inflammatory seed oils like canola and vegetable oil and that does not work for me! But this place? They were so accommodating. The chef actually came out to talk to us and made sure we could eat here. Everyone was super helpful, kind, and willing to make changes so we could enjoy our meal. They seriously went above and beyond. The service was amazing. The first night I had Bianca and the second night I had Elena both were fantastic! Highly recommend requesting them. The food was so good. We left full, happy, and not disappointed at all. I also don't drink, and they had some really unique mocktails that were actually fun to try. Also the prices were reasonable and the ambiance was beautiful! We come to Vegas all the time--this is officially one of our new favorite spots!

Yelp
Across the atrium from Joe's at the forum shops, the place was pretty quiet at 7:45 on a Saturday night but did get busier as the night went on. The manager did come over later asking how we had learned of the place and she seemed almost surprised so guessing the slowness may be a bit by design as they ramp up. One other note on the staff: they all seemed genuinely happy to be working there. And they all spoke very highly of Jose Andres which I really liked. The tasting menu is not in the regular menu so you will need to ask for it. Also, the person I was eating with is allergic to shellfish so we asked if they could swap out the shrimp with anything else. Lead to some conversation in the back as pretty sure it's the fire time this had come up, but they gave us a lamb tenderloin dish as a replacement and it was great. at $90 on the strip in Vegas felt like it was a great value, add in the wine pairing, 4 glasses for $45 and definitely feel like I got my money's worth. First, olive oil and pomegranate molasses with fresh pita Don't know enough about wines to give much detail and I didn't take notes, but it was a geek sparkling wine to start, made "exclusively" for Jose's restayrants. Crisp but not overly dry and not over carbonated either. Of the first courses, while all good the baba ganoush (with the pomegranate) was the star for me, and the tabbouleh was also noteworthy. Course two was another Greek white. The stars of this round was the spanikopita and the lamb loin substitute for the shrimp. Third course switch to a pretty full bodied red, which I liked but was too much for my white-wine loving friend. Both the chicken and the lamb were fantastic. For dessert, an Italian dessert wine, to me similar to a port and very tasty. Also the Greek yogurt and cherry parfait (more sweet and less sour than I'd expect from the greek yogurt description, but the fruit was great) and olive oil cake, which my friend aptly described as being the best version of a strawberry short cake he'd ever had.

Yelp
Jose Andres group's new addition at Caesar's Forum shops is bringing authentic and unique Mediterranean flavors in a modern, formal setting. We tried the restaurant week menu and started with fluffiest and lightest Naan bread with sides of Hummus and Baba Ganoush that instantly transported my palate back to Cairo. We couldn't stop eating this Naan and had to hold back so we can enjoy more food. Next came the Smoked Beet Salata and the Horta Salata. The Smoked Beet Salata was just an okay salad with beets but the Horta Salata was so flavorful and the smoked olives and fava santorini stood out. Main course was the Shish Taouk (grilled chicken) and the Seared Salmon. The chicken was grilled to perfection and the sumac onions and garlic toum it was served with enhanced each bite perfectly. The Seared Salmon was seared expertly and the dill sauce with the pine nuts made this dish standout. Dessert was ok and the Olive Oil cake was just the right amount of sweet. Our waiter was excellent and the busser was overly eager to take our dishes but overall sevice was great. Menu looks exciting and I'm looking forward to trying more dishes.

Yelp
I first dined at Zaytinya in DC several years ago, and had a fantastic experience. This time around at their newly opened spot in Vegas, it was good but didn't quite match DC. They are located in the area near Joe's, and next RPM Italian. We came here on the last day of Restaurant Week and opted for it at $60/pp. I won't go into detail on everything we had, but it was all solid. The pita bread is that on the house was great, as always. Other highlights included the stuffed grape leaves, salmon, meatballs, and the olive oil cake. Would I return? Probably not anytime soon. But I'm glad I tried Zaytinya in Vegas, and hopefully they can stick around for a while because this type of high-end Mediterranean food may not resonate with the typical tourist that visits Vegas.

Yelp
Amazing experience made even better by our server Eric and all the staff! We were already very excited to try Zaytinya but all of the options for food and drinks made us even more excited to try anything and everything on the menu. From the freshly made pita and hummus all the way to the lamb we were enjoying every bite. Eric was extremely well versed with not only the food but the drinks as well giving us the best recommendations and even getting us to add a few extra things to the tasting menu ! The restaurant is extremely beautiful as well, definitely living up to the Jose Andres standard. We definitely have already made plans to return and are looking forward to it!

Yelp
Beautiful, gorgeous space with a menu to match! I've been to the location in WDC and was hoping against hope this would live up to that since it's one of my absolutely favorite restaurants. Happy to say it did! The menu was a great mix of well-executed creativity with flavors that are familiar. We split mix of things: hummus, pita, kebab, rice, strawberry dessert. The food was great but it was the service that really made the experience. Everyone was kind and friendly! But the superstar of the night was Victor. Upon leaving, my guest had left their credit card in the folio and Victor RAN after us to give it back! That's commitment! Gold Star for Victor!

Yelp
Went to the grand opening event and only got to try little bites, but I was so impressed with their shrimp (not shown) and falafel. The lamb lettuce cup and chicken skewers were tasty too. Beautiful restaurant with light Mediterranean inspired vibes. The female DJ they had playing at the event was so good! Later they passed out desserts which were all delicious and rich. Probably my favorite was the layered fruit Greek yogurt. Would love to go and try it for an actual meal soon.

Yelp
We LOVED our dining experience at Zaytinya! The decor is chic and unique, intriguing and calming. The music was a bit too loud but everyone was accommodating and had we asked, they probably would have turned the volume down. Food was exceptional- so many flavors to delight the palate. Wish we had Zaytinya in Atlanta! Thank you Caleb and Bianca

Yelp
The decor of the place was great and definitely the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, most of the dishes we ordered had either tzatziki or tahini, which made the meal feel repetitive--everything started to taste like sour cream. Nothing really stood out as particularly memorable or made me want to return. The lamb, in particular, was very basic. The servers were friendly, but we had to ask for water refills three times, which was frustrating, especially considering how empty the restaurant was at 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

Yelp
Food was amazing and authentic. Our table ordered Hommus, Falafel, Fattoush, Crunchy Vegetables, Cauliflower Tiganites, and the Turkish Coffee Chocolate Cake as dessert I would say that everyone should order the Crunchy Vegetable bowl with their meal, it comes with lots of nice things that can be eaten and enjoyed with everything. The Hommus was very good, probably one of my favorites, and very authentic. I took some mint leaves from the Crunchy Vegetable bowl and added them to the Hommus and ate it all with the complementary pita bread and it was amazing. The Falafels were very good but they were very small. I would recommend eating them with Hommus for sure. The Fattoush was amazing. Though its not real Fattoush (ours traditionally has LOTS of vinegar), it tastes exactly like the salad my Syrian parents make me at home so I have no complaints. The Cauliflower Tiganites were very good and fried to perfection. The Turkish Coffee Chocolate Cake was very good but if you don't like dark/ bitter chocolate it might not be for you. I would also reccomend brushing off the salt from the top of the cake but its not a big deal and overall I really enjoyed it. We visited two times so far and both times the servers were extremely nice- service was great. The restaurant is beautiful, elevated, and elegant. Most of the time, in my opinion, nice looking restaurants usually have the worst food but I was really happy to see that the restaurant was gorgeous and the food was great

Yelp
I am generally a big fan of Chef Jose Andres, so very excited to try Zaytinya. The food was great, but the manner in which it was served was abysmal. We got the chefs tasting menu which was 4 courses. The first two courses which consisted on 3 dishes each were out on our table within 10 minutes of ordering. Felt like we would be done with dinner in 30 minutes. Staff was nice and offered to remove some of the food and re-pace our dinner, but we decided not to ask them to do that. Also, ambiance was poor. No vibe, almost cafeteria feel to the restaurant, water stained ceiling, etc. Despite how good the food actually was, we have no interest in returning and would not recommend this restaurant. However, still a big Jose Andres fan.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant. The food was beyond Amazing. The Lamb Shoulder was one of the best dishes I've ever had. So tender and non gamey with the most flavorful sauces. Kabobs, baba ganoush, labneh, fresh fluffy pita bread, meatballs were all Fabulous. There was even a cherry yogurt sorbet dessert that got 5stars from the entire table. Our server Elena was great. Her food knowledge and service were impeccable. The Chef Stephanie stopped by our table and made us all feel like VIP's. Excellent experience and highly recommended for your next trip to Las Vegas. A must try.

Yelp
Yay, a new José Andrés restaurant in Las Vegas! This one, Zaytinya (which I learned means olive oil in Turkish), covers Mediterranean cuisine. Atmosphere: Modern class in blonde, with the exception of the bar, which had a giant blue glass half-canopy resembling a Connect Four board. Also a tree growing in the middle of the main floor. Plenty of themed cocktails on the menu. Tried- Minoan Sour ($18): Either I have developed a worrying tolerance for strong alcohol, or this cocktail used far less tsipouro than its primary place in the ingredient list would suggest. Pretty mild; the ash did lend an earthy fresh taste but since it was an accent could not make more of an impact on the whole. Ancient Olive ($22): More my style, herbaceous, and, true to its name, loaded with fresh clean slightly salty olives. Came with a wee shot glass of olive "juice" (like V8 in consistency) and pitted green olives. Mastiha & Coconut ($18): I enjoy Skinos for its "dirt" taste. This cocktail was a bit more lime forward but did have a nice forest scent. Food- complimentary pita bread: Free! Amazing. Three large puffy airy pillows, easy tearapart texture, just a hint of sweet nuttiness. Horta Salada ($15): Considering the main ingredients were kale and peas, this was a surprisingly intense flavor bomb. Earthy and fresh. Sea Scallops ($21): Three good-sized pieces, light but crisp sear, good seasoning, flaky but juicy innards. Also- Raventós i Blanc Cuvée José 2020 ($18): Pretty decent pour Coffee Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi, orta şekerli level ($8): Served in a plain espresso teacup. Thick creamy caffeinated sipper. Seemed to be a lot more grounds at the bottom than expected. Value: You're kidding, right? Zaytinya is a José Andrés restaurant on the Strip housed within the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Still, I think the pricing of some of the drinks and the food were actually pretty good for the location. Service: Really phenomenal from Ricardo, Caleb, and Austin. Misc- Bag hooks were installed at the bar, but not in the ladies room stalls; hopefully that will be corrected. The bar also had power plugs, but no power at the time.

Yelp
What an amazing treat it was to try this restaurant! Our dinner was great from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and order the lamb shoulder and whole fish! Thank you Helena for taking great care of us. We will be back!

Yelp
The restaurants weekly menu was fabulous! You choose a selection of 4 courses at an unbeatable price for the high quality food. Service was so quick but the quality was not compromised whatsoever. Every single dish was delicious and the atmosphere was impeccable. Favorite restaurant in Vegas!

Yelp
Had such a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The food was delicious. Everything came out fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about what they're serving. Definitely one of my new favorite spots, and I'll be coming back for sure.

Yelp
Everything about this place was fantastic. The food was delicious, we didn't leave a bite behind (and I'm a picky eater)! They were even considerate of my cilantro allergy. The place was spacious, clean, and not too loud. Every single wait staff or busser that came to our table were kind and knowledgeable about the food. I'm also vegetarian, and there were multiple menu options for me. Both cocktails we got were interesting, unique, and tasty. The olive oil cake dessert was perfect in every way! The bathroom was beautiful, large, clean, the stalls were spacious and private. We will be coming back next time we're in town!

Yelp
I had been to the DC location a few years ago and absolutely fell in love! I have not been able to forget the hummus, and I've had a lot of hummus being Lebanese! I was so happy to be able to eat here again and was not disappointed. The food was incredible (babaganoush, scallops, and salmon), the service was beyond, and the interior was beautiful! Also, they had a live DJ and the music was perfect for a night out in Vegas! I'd rate this one of the best meals of my life and plan on coming back!

Yelp
We had dinner at Zaytinya Las Vegas June 8, 2025 for restaurant week. It was absolutely fantastic! (I'm just now reviewing as we were caught up in the mayhem after the 2 people were shot outside of the Bellagio and it slipped my mind until we returned home). First off, $60 a person for 4 courses, that was a great deal. We started with Hommus and dolmades, both were just excellent. The 2nd course we had the smoked beet salad and Horta salata, again, very authentic and very delicious. Our 3rd course was Beef Soutzoukakia and Shish Taouk, and they were outstanding! We were both over the moon with the toum, only garlic, lemon juice, water and oil?? It was divine! To finish with the olive oil cake was sublime. Our wait staff was amazing. Bianca was so knowledgeable about the menu and wine choices. We discussed our choices and she was spot on! With the grand opening only a few days prior and a busy night, they handled the night expertly. She was so helpful with the menu, also answered our questions about opening a new restaurant. She was just delightful and made it a very lovely evening. Another shoutout deserves to go to Damian. The entire night, he was super attentive, checking on us, clearing plates, bringing bread. Meanwhile, he was hustling to set tables, cleaning up, it was very impressive to witness! Not only can you tell he cared, but that young man will be a reliable, conscientious, friendly and very valuable member of the team. We dined at many places for restaurant week, and this tied for first place! Wonderful all around evenin, with special thanks to Bianca, Damian, and the chefs. Can't wait to return next time we're in Vegas!

Yelp
It is just a fabulous restaurant. The service is top notch. The food is incredible! It is my second time eating here. It was probably one of the best meals I have had.

Yelp
After watching chefs table legends, I was in Las Vegas for work, and had to try a chef Jose andres restaurant! I have tried one prior. But WOW! ZAYTINYA Las Vegas is a gem. I walked in and did not expect how stunning this restaurant is! Was greeted promptly. By management and a host which was were kind as could be, I chose to sit at the bar. The host was so kind! Bartender greeted me and introduced himself. CALEB was incredible! From starting me off with fresh pita and hummus with a zatar margarita, He guided me through the menu with cocktail pairings the entire meal. The octopus santorini is the best octopus I've ever had. He paired with "side car to tangier" wow! Perfect. He proposed a dessert menu, we landed on the Greek yogurt and cherries, he paired with a sparkling rose. 10/10. He created an incredible experience the entire night. As I left I was thanked by management and the host again! :) This is the best experience I have had in a long time. The attentiveness of the entire staff was incredible. Best in Las Vegas by far. I look forward to coming back to this location.

Yelp
I would like to thank Jerry K. for his tremendous service. He was kind, informative and very patient. Being unfamiliar with much of the menu he guided us to some great food. Restaurant was beautiful. Might rethink the music. Love the place and wish you all the best.

Yelp
Zaytinya opened their Las Vegas restaurant today. It's in Caesars Forum Shoppes at the entrance by Joes Stone Crab. I am a big fan of Jose Andres restaurants so I'm biased. I gave 4 stars but you should know that opening night is always rocky with service and they will need some time to smooth out the operation. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, polite and professional. My server was friendly and worked diligently to ensure that I had a good dining experience. For diners that are familiar with Jose Andres restaurants you are used to very expensive and high end experiences. Zaytinya is not that. This is a very approachable relaxed modern restaurant that is more gentle on your finances and provides a nice tour of middle eastern cuisine. With high quality food and moderate price points (for Las Vegas) I think this restaurant will be a big success! One note is that while the restaurant was only 1/3 full the noise level is quite high due to the many hard surfaces. I imagine when they get full the restaurant will be very loud. They offer complimentary fresh pita bread that is light, airy and warm. Comes with a dipping oil as well. The bar area is very stylish and would make a nice dining experience for solo diners even though I opted for a table. I started with the smoked beet arugula salad with Shari Berries strawberries; wow! An awesome dish! While I loved my food there were some service lapses. For instance, when I ordered my seafood mezze selection I asked for my entree (Lamp chops) to be brought out afterwards. They both arrived at the same time. Which meant by the time I got to the chops their temperature dropped significantly and the peas were cold. However, the chops were cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the sea scallop presentation. Then a similar experience with dessert. My chocolate cake arrived and then I waited for 7 minutes (timed on my phone) for my coffee and cordial resulting in melted ice cream and a lukewarm lava cake but still delicious. The raki that I ordered wasn't served properly. Just in a simple glass with no instructions. Raki is in the anise family of liquors and should only be imbibed with water or ice water so that its translucent quality can be appreciated and it will sit better in your stomach. It's a strong herbal forward liquor. I look forward to returning to Zaytinya as I am confident they will work out their service kinks soon. Opening a new restaurant is very difficult and I had a great dining experience! Try it!

Yelp
Our server David was amazing and made it such a great experience. His recommendations were spot on. Everything tasted sooooo good. The shrimp is a must!

Yelp
Alycia (from SC), was so friendly and helpful! It was our first time here, and she had great recommendations! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Vegas! The food was delicious and the drinks were great!

Yelp
Newly opened restaurant in Caesar's Palace. The food was absolutely delicious. We didn't go wrong with any of our choices. It was delicious, fresh, and clean. Our server Elena was so helpful and friendly, she made sure we were taken care of well. Our drinks server was also very friendly and knowledgeable (can't remember her name). Great experience!
