In my opinion, Zeezout is the best Michelin-star restaurant in Rotterdam. Their 6-course menu is an excellent deal for the high-quality, creative dishes they offer. Each course is unique, fresh, and expertly prepared, showcasing the chef’s talent. The service is outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. If you’re looking for an unforgettable seafood dining experience, Zeezout is the place to go!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and it was a really special evening! The staff was very kind, every dish was explained in detail. The quality of different types of fish was excellent and every dish was a pleasant surprise!

Maybe too highly expecting the first time visit Rotterdam and so looking forward for the Michelin star restaurant and also seafood cuisine! But to be honest , maybe I wasn’t lucky , the menu is not really matching my flavor ! And too simple and nothing surprised . Paying more than 100€ I think maybe deserve a little bit higher value seafood such as lobster or nice crabs . Not just monkfish salmon and tuna .The service is friendly, surrounding is cozy , but what a pity I didn’t find it tasteful ! But still thanks for the staffs !!

I visited this nice restaurant in 2015. We celebrated a special event & Eid with friends. The food was super yummy. The presentation was elegant 👌🏼I liked fish the most. The waiter, who was extremely helpful & friendly suggested for us to try the four course surprise menu 😍& it was a great suggestion. I loved the yummy surprise too. The sitting was nice & quiet. The Chief was nice too & talented. I loved the experience. Thank you for making it more special.

Great restaurant serving mostly fish oriented dishes. Loved the bread and onion mayonnaise at the start. Nice presentation, great flavors and good service. Had a wonderful lunch.

Simply outstanding food. Delivered with great love and care. Beautifully layered Flavours, a really joyful celebration of food. The dessert was a resounding and unexpected success, transported my back to my childhood through its careful construction. I have nothing but thanks for this place

A surprise 5 course menu with wine pairing. Super delicious and well balanced. The wine gives a nice touch to every dish. All courses and wines are well explained as you might be surprised how some wine taste. I like this place and service and would happily come back here again.

Amazed. Simply the best Michelin I went so far in NL. Concept is very clear. Fish. No mix between dishes of meat, chicken, fish. No hidden fees either. Dishes gain traction step by step. Well priced. I will come back.

What a gem this restaurant is. In fact, it's so good that it warrants a trip to Rotterdam on its own. Got the chef's mystery tasting menu which was around 5 seafood filled courses for 56 EU. Everything was superb, filled with wondrous flavors and textures. In fact, there was so much food that I couldn't eat the last fish course. After dessert, they presented a gold box of bonbons on the table. We ordered mint tea, which after we had finished, our server turned the saucer over to reveal yet another tasty surprise: crémé brûlée. How clever is that? Not to mention that everything from the ambiance down to the staff was exemplary.

Fantastic tasting menu for a very reasonable price! The plating of the dishes was so creative .. we even had swordfish pizza service out of a pizza box.. cute! The fish was top quality, cooked perfectly, and melted in your mouth. The space is small and quaint, the service was great too. I have nothing bad to say about this place and I would definitely eat here again!
