"Downtown rooftop restaurant, Zeppelin, has launched a snow globe experience available now through the end of February. The Snow Globes can seat up to eight people and can be booked daily beginning at 4 p.m. A special drink and food menu is available for those booking the globes — cocktails include a winter sangria, the Gingerbread Man made with RumChata and gingerbread syrup, various nonalcoholic options, along with broiled meatballs, chicken lemongrass potstickers, whipped garlic-feta dip, and a charcuterie board. The menu, from Alabama-born executive chef Chris Calder (formerly of Deacon’s), includes some of the chef’s well-loved hits (like chargrilled oysters in NOLA-style bbq butter) but also sees some fun new stuff like a whole fried fish with lemon caper sauce or lemon ricotta cavatelli with Calabrian chili pesto .
