"Downtown rooftop restaurant, Zeppelin, has launched a snow globe experience available now through the end of February. The Snow Globes can seat up to eight people and can be booked daily beginning at 4 p.m. A special drink and food menu is available for those booking the globes — cocktails include a winter sangria, the Gingerbread Man made with RumChata and gingerbread syrup, various nonalcoholic options, along with broiled meatballs, chicken lemongrass potstickers, whipped garlic-feta dip, and a charcuterie board. "Sit atop what the Towneplace Suites in what we’re now calling the “capitol district” and take in both city and stadium views in posh Zeppelin. The menu, from Alabama-born executive chef Chris Calder (formerly of Deacon’s), includes some of the chef’s well-loved hits (like chargrilled oysters in NOLA-style bbq butter) but also sees some fun new stuff like a whole fried fish with lemon caper sauce or lemon ricotta cavatelli with Calabrian chili pesto .
