ZIGGLE TOFU&GRILL

Great value for their lunch specials, otherwise it’s typical pricing for this kind of ethos. They give you a lot of food when you order their boxed lunches. Their chicken tends to have a lot of fatty and tendon-laden bits, but you’ll walk away full from this place. I just wish the name “Ziggle” was easier to explain.

TLDR: Ziggle is a local restaurant in the Murray Hill area that specializes in soondubu. Good spot for a late night meal, they're open until 3am. Kimchi beef, yook jeon are the way to go. With BCD gone, Queens has been looking for a soondubu spot. Ziggle has filled that void and is great for a late night meal. The soondubu is a bit more chunky than BCD's - good to get a combo as well. The soondubu can get quite spicy if you ask for the max, so be careful. The gentleman who works the late night shift is very generous with the banchan and nice to talk with.

Came here on a Saturday night. Was pretty busy. They sat us immediately and took our orders quickly. Their tofu stew was excellent as was the bibimbap. The steam egg is more flavorful than most places I've had. I highly recommend the mango shaved ice. My only gripe was that that night they had on some American music videos that was running a bit loud. Usually they play kpop which I don't mind.

Another place that has amazing side dishes.. overall the experience was good, but main dishes were slightly oily for me. We got lunch special to try different dishes. Spicy fried pork was delicious but oily. Really go well with rice tho. The beef ribs was the same. My friend liked the fish the most. Worth to visit still, the taste in general was similar to restaurants in Korea.

First time ordered the takeout short ribs box, the package was surprisingly great! Also the taste good as usual.

Ok, what does unopened and purposely broken up clams mean? Bad clams and broken means the cook knew. The food especially side dishes tasted watered down, but my taste buds do fluctuate, especially after eating bad clams. Don't get lunch special & definitely avoid sea food.

Hidden gem for Korean food in Flushing. Open very late with high quality meals. The meals come with the best sides and the dishes are very generous. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hearty late night spot.
