Zizzi - Westfield (Stratford)

We had a fantastic experience at Zizzi Stratford Westfield and wanted to share some positive feedback specifically for Steven, the General Manager. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The customer service was absolutely amazing — attentive without being intrusive. Steven kept coming over to check if everything was fine, which we really appreciated and which made us feel valued as customers. The food was delicious, served warm, and clearly prepared with care. Everything arrived on time and tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience thanks to Steven’s professionalism and outstanding customer service. He truly made our visit special.

We’ve really enjoyed our valentines dinner with my fiancé. Her favourite part was the deserts and the drinks! We’ve decided to try out Zizzi to have my birthday and valentines dinner - the service was great(Vincenzo did great recommending me some popular choices and being actively attentive!). They food was nice, the only reason we didn’t give food 5⭐️ was due to pizza being a lil dry but nothing a garlic aioli can’t fix! Definitely coming back to try pasta!

I had a wonderful meal at Zizzi and would definitely recommend it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with stylish decor that made for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. My (£18) King Prawn Linguine dish came with only 5 prawns which were not exactly king size. Portions weren’t generous but everything came out quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The menu has a great variety, including good options for vegetarians and those with dietary needs. At the end of our meal - I asked for the bill which had a few items I need not order. The lesson here is to always check your receipt. All in all, Zizzi delivered a great evening out.

Amazing customer service from Steve and Sam! It was my first time coming to this restaurant and it was honestly great fun. They recommended great dishes, the food came so quickly, the atmosphere was just great vibes and I will be coming here again and again! Thank you lads for making my time here spectacular 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Had a lovely meal here, great value for the set menu (3 courses for £28.50), the loyalty card scheme is great also. Our server Vinny was very attentive and friendly.

We were made to feel very welcome and the food was excellent. We had booked for a family get together for 6 people. A couple of our family find it hard to join in conversations in busy lots restaurants so I requested a quiet table. Our needs were fantastically accommodated so that all our family members were really happy and described everything as perfect. We would highly recommend this restaurant and are grateful to every member of staff for going above and beyond to make us all feel very comfortable. Thank you so much. We hope to visit again when we are visiting London. As I said, the food was excellent and those that had desserts were highly impressed. I had the candy floss dolce which was the most fun dessert I've ever had. We took lots of photos. The tiramisu went down extremely well too.

Visited after a very long time, food quality is still good. We visited on a weekday so it was quite empty and the waitress/ waiter just let you sit for ages to chat without rushing you. You can order food via the QR code and pay via there which is handy. Menu prices have increased quite a bit since I last visited, almost £20 for a pizza/ pasta now excluding service charge…:(
