It has everything it needs to be better, but doesn't put in the effort to be an excellent froyo experience.
The selection of flavors is limited- not by too few machines, but by half the machines being empty or in disrepair. The topping selection is limited, but has all the basics. There's no sauce or syrup and the whipped cream bottle was empty when I came in.
The lack of music and poor lighting makes what would otherwise be an upbeat atmosphere feel gloomy.
The paint is chipped and some of the seating is dirty.
The staff was not unfriendly, but could do a better job making customers feel welcome. They seemed bored and tired.
The froyo, however, tastes great. The flavors available are uncommon and refreshing. The prices are good and the drink selection covers all the basics. Zoe offers free samples of all the flavors, but has a conspicuous sign discouraging customers from abusing the samples and obligating customers to buy even if they don't like any flavors. They could achieve the same protection and avoid the negative feelings by just offering samples on request.
This could become a very great froyo location with a little more love from management.
For now, it's not bad, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're already nearby.
