"“Spicy” is, perhaps, relative. That’s why snug Zuru Zuru near Malden Center lets you choose between four heat levels for your ramen, from mild to “hell spicy.” Customize bowls of pork bone-broth ramen plus a host of toppings (fried chicken karaage, wood ear mushrooms, and pork belly, to name just a few) with dollops of spicy rayu paste. The chili and sesame oil condiment definitely brings the smokey heat, so have some napkins handy to dab your forehead." - Nathan Tavares, Eater Staff

"Throughout most of the pandemic, I’ve avoided getting ramen as I figured it’s not one of the most ideal delivery/takeout options, but it turns out a lot of ramen spots have gotten good at optimizing it as much as possible for not being eaten immediately onsite. One example: Zuru Zuru in Malden (sibling to Crying Thaiger, also in Malden). My ramen arrived with the broth and nori packaged separately from the noodles and other ingredients, with clear reheating instructions. (There was also the option to get noodles to boil at home rather than ready to eat, but I took the easy way out, and the noodles were perfectly fine.) The spicy miso ramen with black garlic oil added to it was an excellent pick-me-up on a stressful day. —Rachel Leah Blumenthal" - Rachel Leah Blumenthal, Terrence Doyle, Nathan Tavares, Karen Wilber

Wow. Just wow. Atmosphere was so cool with so much detail. Even down to the menu!! Food was even better. I may become a regular here. They are always busy for a very good reason.

Google
Torn between 4-5 stars on food due to portion size but we’ll just remember to get “loaded” size next time, otherwise not much meat. Apps (seaweed salad and pork gyoza) were both well seasoned and flavorful. M Ramen flavor is delicious and you can choose your spice level which is great . Fun atmosphere and great service

Google
Zuru Zuru is a great spot overall, with good food and a friendly, helpful staff. While I’m not much of a ramen fan, I usually get the rice bowls, and they’re pretty good. They offer three options: karaage (Japanese fried chicken), beef, and chashu pork, all of which have their own unique flavors. One standout appetizer we tried was the corn cheese—it was excellent! Just a heads up, it gets really busy during dinner, so expect a wait if you have a larger party. I recommend going during lunch when it’s much quieter

Google
This is a great everyday place when you don’t wanna cook but want some yummy food! I ordered gyudon added with a ramen egg, and matcha & anko for dessert. The gyudon was very yummy and the ramen egg was nicely done. I didn’t try their ramen but it looked yummy too. The dessert set was okay; the matcha ice cream was nice, but the warabi mochi’s texture was a little harder than expected. I still liked the dessert; it wasn’t too sweet and the price was very reasonable.

Google
My family ate here on a Friday night and it was not very busy at all! Four adults sat down right away and all of our questions about the menu were answered with a smile. The difference between the regular loaded ramen is a lot, as seen in the photos. You get twice as much protein and around five more toppings than the regular. Overall, yummy food and great atmosphere!

Google
We came here for the ramen. They advertised themselves as cooking the broth for 18h. The broth was indeed pretty good. The chasu pork was tender but very small 4 slices for a regular bowl of ramen. The egg, bamboo shoots and fungus were also well-marinated. The main problem I had was their portion. I was so surprised that the broth they gave was so little. Portion is very small for a $14-15/bowl regular size as you can see the bowl was only half-filled. The green onion was too overpowering too. We had a tonkotsu ramen and a spicy level 2 tonkotsu ramen. The spicy one changed the taste quite a bit. Somehow it tasted more gingery than I would like. Overall, i wished their portion could be improved.

Google
Gluten free noodles! I have been there a couple of times. Each time had a good experience with food and service. They have a couple of vegan options. A few vegetarian options too, although they are in pig bone broth. Tasty hot tea (green tea roasted with rice). Fried options are prepared in the same fryer as others so there is a contamination risk for celiacs.

Matthew Brunelle

Google
Not too crowded on a Thursday night. Almost all ramen can be done gluten free! Prices are pretty normal for the area. A little loud. Sound between 65-70 db. There is a municipal parking lot right next door as well as metered street side parking. Bathroom has cool manga art on the well.

Yelp
Amazing take out experience. Greatly appreciated the option to order the noodles uncooked to boil at home. Also, thanks for the option to choose wavy noodles or thin straight noodles. The meat and veggies were placed on top of a thin foil sheet on top of the noodles in a paper bowl and the soup was in a separate container. Not only did I avoid soggy noodles, I was able to cook the noodles to various degrees of chewiness depending on personal preferences. The spicy miso at medium spicy was good, with enough kick, but not crazy spicy. The tonkotsu broth was good. The toppings were good quality. I think the overall ramen was 4 stars compared to the other options in Boston or Cambridge, but the take out experience was exemplary and will have me coming back whenever I just want take out ramen.

Yelp
I felt so humiliated (and still do) by the unprofessional and rude service by this restaurant last night. It was really non-sense the way they treated me as if I wanted to steal their bowl of ramen which just cost $15. I visited their restaurant, used their kiosk and placed a takeout order. I made payment using my credit card, took the receipt and decided to wait for my order outside the restaurant (Their restaurant was too crowded with people waiting in line for dine-in). 15minutest later, I walked back in to check on my order. I handed them my receipt.  A few minutes later, they went out and screamed "Did you pay? You didn't pay, did you? We don't have your order". I was like "what do you mean? It is recorded I paid on the receipt I handed you" 5 minutes later, they were like "do you have proof you paid?" Again, I told them It was on the receipt I gave them. I also had to log into my credit card's account, showed them the pending transaction. When I placed the order, I also received a text. I clicked on the text to see the order status and there on the order's detail, it showed I PAID. A few minutes later, they came out with my order and then the lady did all her police work, took pictures of my order, all proofs I showed her. She even asked to take my name and my phone number, which were asked at the time of my order from the kiosk). This whole experience was really embarrassing. Everyone looked at me as an idiot trying to steal this restaurant food. I do not care how good food they make or how small business they are, but this type of rude service needs to be heard and it should be STOPPED. Your service is unreal.

Yelp
I'm growing to enjoy this place more each time I go! Not only they have delicious ramen they have amazing rice bowls as well. This time I got the beef gyudon and it was so good!! The beef melts in your mouth and it's marinated in this delicious sweet and savory marinade. It's so good! The karage is always a must get. Super crispy, and juicy on the inside! Service was great. Staff is so friendly and so kind. They always pay attention and get what you need. Ambiance is a 10/10 as always. I'm always having fun looking at their huge comic mural.

Prerana G.

Yelp
Best ramen i have ever eaten in my life!!! They gave me the fried chicken on the side so it doesn't get soggy-this was a first for me. Service was so great too. Very polite and attentive servers- ALL of them!

Yelp
Wow! What a gem! Right in the heart of Malden. My husband and I treated ourselves to a Ramen day before we had to head back home. A friend of our works at this location, Nelson. He is a phenomenal server and really knows the ins and outs of the menu. Great guy! He checks on his tables adequately, and it makes you feel comfortable and at home, although you're eating out. The food was amazing and super fresh. From my pics you can see how nice the presentation was too! I absolutely loved the taste of my Ramen, super flavorful, and my husband loved his as well. There are so many different choices to choose from the menu, so next time we're back visiting in Boston, we will definitely try a different bowl. The desserts were DIVINE and the appetizers were also delicious. The bathrooms were clean and everything inside in terms of the decorations was super cute and trendy. If you haven't already, you must check this place out, you won't regret it.

Malina N.

Yelp
Zuru Zuru, named after the sound of slurping ramen noodles, serves a vairety of ramen flavors that includes vegan and gluten free options! I liked that you can choose the level of spiciness of your broth from no spice to hell spice LOL and I loved all of the elements of my ramen bowl including the tender chasu and the perfectly jammy soy marinated egg We loved the tasty options for appetizers including the potato shrimp and kurobuta sausageand would definitely come back whenever we're in the area and craving ramen or donburi‼

Lizzie Y.

Yelp
Great ramen spot in Malden! Appetizer: Fried Oysters 8/10 Their fried oysters were fresh, juicy, and piping hot. Entrees: Zuru Spicy Miso Ramen & Kara-Age Don bowl 8/10 The spicy miso ramen and karaage don both had great flavor, as well as a nice kick. We asked for medium spicy for both and the dishes were for sure spicy!! Will come back soon to try more!

Mimi C.

Yelp
I can't believe I didn't know about this place until now. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They offer so many amazing food that we couldn't resist but order them all for just 2 people. We didn't regret it. Everything tasted good, including all 5 desserts. I wasn't kidding when I told you we ordered almost everything off the menu! Their ramen broth and thinly sliced meats were paired perfectly with their ramen noodles. I just can't stop thinking about this place.

Yelp
This place is really cool yo! The interior of this place is like walking into a comic book or an actual store in Japan. This place is one of the IT spots in Malden so plan your travel accordingly especially if you're feeling Ramen for dinner on the weekend because the rest of Boston would most likely be feeling the same way and would also be heading to Zuru Zuru. Parking can get a little tricky. There is going to be wait times because it's a cool place with Ramen. But I do love their waitlist system. It's very easy to know when it's your turn in line for a table. And now onto the food. Their takoyakis have improved. Super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and are filled with pieces of octopus (don't yuck my yum!). Wish it comes with a set of 6 instead of 5 balls though lol And of course we got Ramen at a Ramen place. me and my boyfriend would always get their spicy tonkotsu ramen. And it's spicy! (And we have only tried spice level 2 and there are 4...). The toppings are great. The chasu pieces are so tender they would melt in your mouth, but oh so thinly sliced. The noodles are different, super thin, but super a lot as well. Like there were more noodles than anything else. The broth is spicy (again you've been warned) but in my humble opinion, it could've been a little more creamy and rich because tonkotsu is a Pork bones broth. Overall, it is not a bad Ramen place and I think if you live in Boston and you love Ramen, you should try this place at least once. But yea after trying Zuru Zuru, we are still on the search to find the Ramen in Boston that could top Ganko Ittesu and taking the "best Ramen spot" title

Kelly T.

Yelp
We did not plan to eat at Zuru Zuru but it was too cute to just pass by. The restaurant is cozy with a modern Japanese feel. It's a well selected menu with options for all. We ordered the edamame, takoyaki, karage chicken, the loaded miso ramen, and regular tonkotsu ramen. We also got the yuzu lemonade to drink. The lemonade was so good! I didn't love the chunk of yuzu (a little bitter) but it was such a different flavor from what we're used to. Everything was extremely tasty. I think the only take backs are the regular ramens only come with half an egg which feels a little cheap and the soup did come out piping hot so it was cold before we finished.

Eric D.

Yelp
Pretty cool vibe in the restaurant. They had a Japanese comic book style theme with their menus. As you check into the restaurant, they have a tablet where you can check in and add your reservation for a table. The ramen was solid and reasonably priced for today's ramen prices. It was so pretty cool they offered some kid bowls and utensils. Overall visit was good--I had no complaints with the food ol' noodle soup goodness. Enjoy.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on a Saturday and the place was pretty busy - we ended up having to wait 15-20 minutes for a group of 4 despite it being almost closing time (they have a break between lunch and dinner). Luckily we were seated before their last order and got a nice booth seat near the window. The place looks super young and modern with nice comic-esque aesthetics on their menu. The selection isn't too bad and we settled on a few apps to share, although in the future I wouldn't recommend these - their ramen is where they shine for sure. The broth was rich, noodles were plentiful and cooked well, and the toppings were tasty as well as matched the profile of the bowl well. I would say it wasn't too spicy so that wasn't overwhelming - overall, a good size and satisfied the ramen craving. I wouldn't mind coming back in the future, but definitely would try to avoid having to wait and would probably only get the ramen next time. Either way, solid experience and would come back!

Anthony C.

Yelp
Service was good, . The food was really good id definitely go again, i prefer it more noodle heavy, will ask if i can add more. Ive been hoping to find a good noodle shop like this for a while. My only con is the price, $15-$16 a bowl is a bit much but it was filling.

Bisma A.

Yelp
This spot is definitely one of my favorite places in Malden! Came around dinner time on the weekend and we got a table immediately. The place is small, but has a ton of seating and a fun vibe. We ordered the Curry Don and Shoyu Ramen which were both delicious and super filling. I definitely recommend ordering a dessert too, the taiyaki was the perfect end to a great meal!

Demeka F.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place based on the reviews and location but it was just okay. A few positives are that it's very close to Medford and it's also an easy process to pick up take out orders. The service was fine and the person who took my order over the phone was fairly helpful. I'm not a big ramen person, but I had REDWHITE ramen the week before and it was so good I wanted to try ramen again closer to home. I was a bit disappointed. The broth wasn't that flavorful. It wasn't bad- it was just okay. There's not much meat in the dish, so if you want a decent amount or meat, you will need to order extra. A few positive points about the food is that they do have gluten free noodles, which is great. They also have gluten free fried chicken bites - which were expensive but good, especially because it's hard to find gluten free fried chicken in Boston. I don't know if I'd try this place again.

Joseph L.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night, and the wait was about 10 minutes. The waitlist was easy to set up with a Yelp account, and it tells you your turn and time remaining. The truffle miso ramen was very tasty, but I could barely taste the truffle. The karage was perfectly fried and the meat was very juicy however the honey sauce was too sweet. There are two other sauces, so maybe I should have tried that.

Caroline S.

Yelp
I came in with high expectations after seeing all the 6 star reviews, but the food did not wow me. The overall experience was good. The place is beautifully decorated and covered with interesting things to look at. Service was also quick. We hopped on a waitlist when we arrived and were seated after 5 minutes of waiting. The broths were all good, noodles were also good (tonkatsu broths come with thin noodles and everything else comes with thicker noodles!), but nothing special. Same goes for the appetizers. They seem exciting and they taste okay but it's nothing special. Kind of a meh taste profile.

Xxxseraph S.

Yelp
Extremely skimpy on their take out lately. Barely any noodles anymore, not worth $17! I barely was full and it literally only covers the bottom of the bowl so it's only a few bites. They changed their bowl to look "larger" but barely anything in it. Might stop ordering from here.

Michele M.

Yelp
Our group of 4 came on a Sunday night for an early dinner and it wasn't too packed. However, it started to fill up quick once it hit around 6:15pm. I expected the ramen to be amazing from all the reviews I read, but the broth was just spicy and didn't really have a strong flavor profile. The portions are perfect for one person. The service was fast and food came out rather quick. We tried the spicy ramen and it definitely had a heat kick. The takoyaki and the chicken wings were okay. Worth a try!

Lina L.

Yelp
We arrived on a Sunday night, but it was still quite busy. We put our name down and walked around until we were notified that a table was ready. The wait was not too long, only about 20 minutes or so. The restaurant is not large, so we were seated tightly. I ordered the zuru spicy miso ramen (lv.2 medium) and the yasai korokke. The ramen was very lackluster. The broth had no flavor or depth to it besides the fact that they made it spicy. The pork belly was thinly sliced and did not taste marinated. The toppings were mostly disappointing besides the egg. The noodles themselves only tasted alright. This was one of the most disappointing ramen I have had. I tried a bit of my friend's chicken karaage ramen, and that was far worse. The chicken was definitely not marinated as it tasted flavorless. The broth tasted like slightly flavored water at best. The noodles were AWFUL. I do not know what straight noodle they used, but they were flimsy and overly bloated. The only saving grace was the yasai korokke, which was crunchy on the outside but tender and soft on the inside. It was the only dish that had proper taste to it. Although I appreciated the restaurant's niche decorations, the food was disappointing.

David M.

Yelp
Hands down the best ramen I've ever had! I'll be going back so I can try other things on their menu! So glad I found this place.

Lokesh S.

Yelp
Nice ambiance. Ordered spicy tonkotsu ramen which was good. Enjoyed the shrimp tempura.

Brenda L.

Yelp
Solid ramen spot in Malden Center. We got the Miso ramen which comes with thick wavy noodles, and the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with straight thin noodles. The honey shoyu karaage was a great app. Service was speedy, and food came out quick. There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant.

Alicia C.

Yelp
Such a rich and creamy, flavorful truffle mushroom broth! The gluten free noodles were great. I tend to use lotus ramen at home but the stands are all cut. But the gluten free noodles here preserve the length you want from a ramen noodle! The broth is also rich and creamy without being heavy. It doesn't exude you with too much cream and salt, it's a milky creamy, and rich with truffle mushroom. Very happy with this gluten free ramen. Also love that they take care to have gluten free tamari available as well.

Savannah H.

Yelp
Oh my gosh. I was hungry and needed a pick me up so I went down the street here finally after so long of wanting to. It was incredibly worth it!!!!!!! Got the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, loaded, hell spicy. Tbh I could handle spicier so it was just a beautiful flavor addition even at hell. Loaded is definitely the way to go (the things I'll do for more eggs in my ramen lol) and for next time I'd probably also ask for extra noodles. But maybe that's my stomach speaking. Kind quick service, a cool vibe, very nice spot.

Mel C.

Yelp
The food is always as wonderful as the last time, and I feel extremely confident in bringing others to this restaurant. I always leave with a full stomach and a hankering to return. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, even the restrooms are decorated! The staff has always been wonderful and attentive each time I've gone! I've lived in Malden my whole life and can confidently say this is the best restaurant this city has ever had--I hope they stay in the city forever! I can't recommend this place enough!! Truffled Mushrooms Miso Ramen with an egg and extra lotus root is my go-to with their Yuzu Honey drink on the side.

Ellie C.

Yelp
This place never disappoints! Had to come back for the fantastic ramen and because my partner was craving their cheesecake. We ordered the spicy miso ramen (again!) and few new items, like the veggie croquettes and a different flavor of cheesecake. In my opinion, the yuzu cheesecake was tastier and more refreshing, but the matcha is a great option too! The croquettes were great too -- crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. I also love that this location has a nearby parking structure and is located near a ton of cute dessert cafes. Will definitely be returning when I'm craving ramen!

Tyler V.

Yelp
Hands down the best ramen I have had in all of Mass, plus everywhere else I have tried outside of Mass. Everything from the rich spicy tonkotsu broth to the quality of the noodles and the tenderness of the pork char siu, this is the first time I have had no complaints about a bowl of ramen. My spicy tonkontsu ramen came out to around $15.00, which is very affordable for a bowl of ramen. I would honestly pay $18.00-19.00 for this bowl because of how tasty it was. If you're looking for an excellent bowl of ramen with great and quick service, Zuru Zuru Ramen is the place for it.

Shilpa S.

Yelp
Loved it, good food and friendly service. Will be back to try everything else! Bonus: adooorable bathroom decor.

Jordyn B.

Yelp
Amazing food, great gluten free options, and incredibly knowledgeable staff. The art on the walls is a bonus. Great energy

Eliot G.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday with a friend. Usually order the ramen, and it's par for the course, but not extraordinary. Also ordered the tempura platter for the first time, and it was abysmal. The tempura shrimps were small and looked they were purchased from Costco. The vegetable tempura isn't the standard mix of veggies one orders from finer establishments, but rather, some kind of shredded vegetable made into a nest shape. They were really disappointing; not crispy and slightly greasy, suggesting that the oil temperature wasn't hot enough enough they were fried. Portions are shockingly meager for the price. Wouldn't recommend the tempura. This is acceptable fare for a regular ramen fix, but don't expect a gourmet meal.

MJ H.

Yelp
This place is delicious... the ramen was really good, especially the pork. I love the different options for spice levels in a lot of the dishes! They also have a lot of tasty looking apps and sides. I tried an order of Tottori crab croquettes that were so crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside... mouth watering! This place is a must try. I will be going back.

Regina L.

Yelp
I love restaurants that stick to what they're good at, and Zuru Zuru does this with their Ramen. I got their spicy tonkatsu ramen. It came out quickly and was very filling. Their chashu was very tender, and I loved how jammy their egg was. The waiters were attentive and brought out the food quickly! I also loved the decorations inside the restaurant. It had a comic book-like feel.

Fiona Z.

Yelp
I was so excited to see a neighborhood ramen restaurant and anxiously looked for an open sign when I moved during COVID. Finally, it re-opened. But even though I really wanted to like Zuru Zuru, the ramen just doesn't do it for me. I've tried the spicy tonkotsu ramen and the non-spicy tonkotsu ramen. The spicy tonkotsu tasted like bean sprouts for some reason. The spiciness didn't mesh well. It was spice without flavor. The karaage was good, slightly salty in a few bites, but I've made karaage at home and wouldn't come here for it. The croquette was fine. The non-spicy tonkotsu was really...plain. It wasn't bad, but it didn't have that umami taste I love and it was almost hard to finish. Nothing about it stood out. Service was great and they can even split the bill up to three cards. The atmosphere of this restaurant is fun and it seems busy fairly often, but this isn't the only ramen place in Malden and I wouldn't come back for ramen unless a friend dragged me along.

Aaron H.

Yelp
Came by around 1:30pm on a sunday and it was packed. Luckily the wait wasn't long, they use yelp waitlist so make sure to check beforehand! I got the loaded spicy miso level 3. Personally, i could get why this might be spicy for someone but I could have went spicier. The soup was still very flavorful, and the thick wavy noodles were nice and chewy. Perfectly cooked soft/medium boiled egg, and the chicken karaage with honey soy was super sweet and savory it was delicious. The staff was friendly and it was your typical ramen shop. The inside was medium size with a few two people tables on the sides. They have rice dishes as well and I will definitely come back to try the rice dishes!

Tinghong Y.

Yelp
Verdict: Meh. Price: $66 (including tip) for 5 dishes. Feeds two men fully. Exceptionally affordable. Food (5/10): Chicken Karaage: Decent flavor, not greasy, with a well-blended sauce. Tonkotsu Ramen (Loaded): Disappointing. Requested low sodium resulted in a bland taste. Despite being 'loaded,' the protein was sparse and unimpressive. Noodles failed to absorb the soup's flavor, which was just passable. Takoyaki: Average. Edamame: Standard. Chashu Don: The standout dish. The fat from the meat deliciously infused into the rice, with pickled vegetables providing a nice sour balance to the richness. Service (5/10): Adequate. Ambiance (5/10): Cozy and vibrant with a Japanese flair.

Scott C.

Yelp
Skip the long line at Mings dim sum and head over to Zuru Zuru for lunch! My wife and I opted to do just that on Sunday afternoon. Zuru Zuru has a very captivating ambiance with the dining hall decorated like a Japanese street for scene. It's food matches that ambiance with a good selection of quick-eat appetizers as well as stable ramen and rice dishes. We ordered an order of kurobuta sausage with house honey mustard, chicken karaage, charshu don, spicy miso ramen, and green tea with red bean. All for around $60 with tax and tip. Amazing flavor in all the dishes. You know the fried chicken is good when you bite into juicy dark meat! The entrees were on par with many of the Japanese restaurants' in the area. Good value for good food! Check them out!

Victor H.

Yelp
I went with my sister and her partner and the food there was delicious! She ordered the tonkatsu ramen and he ordered the Spicy miso and I ordered the Shiro ramen. All of it was delicious and great portion size I enjoyed the Christmas theme decorations as well as the wall mural as well The staff were nice and efficient. It was a bit of a wait but it was also quite busy

Mackenzie V.

Yelp
The pork was nice and tender, and i enjoyed the broth at a level one spicy to be on the safe side. It was very yummy, i would prob go back if i find myself in the area again. The menu was very cute too.

Lea L.

Yelp
Busy busy but their system is on top of it & so is their staff. Put your name on the ipad, wait in line. As soon as we sat we got water & were able to order, the food came fast and the servers were present. The Hiyayakko tofu was refreshing and delicious, the fried shrimp in potatoes were good and I liked the visual look. The ramen was delicious and the mushrooms were tasty! The desert was soooo good. Then came the bill... such a fair price, definitely worth every penny. I am already excited to go back!

Naomi L.

Yelp
Lots of variety and options with good portion size. This place is popular so I'd recommend coming a bit earlier to get a seat. There is street parking and the service is good. It is an intimate setting (read: tables are close together) but it's a nice vibe. The broth is robust and heavy and the noodles are nice and chewy.

Yelp
If you go here on a Saturday evening remember to join the wait list on the yelp app as you are on the way here. It saves you time to do it in person. It actually gets pretty packed so just a heads up if you are uncomfortable. Parking gets challenging as well so be prepare to look for street parking and practice your parallel parking skills! Then prepare for a short walk. I ordered here a few times in the early covid days and the takeout was pretty good. This was my first time dining in. Overall appetizers were just okay but Ramen was excellent. Kara-age with honey was average and on the bland side. 3/5 Takoyaki was good but nothing special. 4/5 Chashu Don Bowl was also just OK but some of the pork was either a bit old or over cooked. 4/5 I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen extra spicy and it was hearty/delicious. I could probably do hell spicy but wanted to enjoy my food instead of torturing myself today. 5/5 Customer service was excellent. 5/5

Yelp
Zuru Zuru has become my "go to" spot for ramen. Great flavors, and really nice levels of spicy. Spiciness is completely optional. Level 2 has become my favorite. You can tweak it with a little with their sriracha sauce, if you really want that flavor. I personally opt for this approach. It's a really great place for lunch. The prices are reasonable especially considering the quality of the ramen. The quality is top notch. Their tonkatsu is really great. The service is quick and friendly, which makes it an ideal spot for lunch.

Yelp
Unprofessional and rude. Not worth spending your money here. Would love to hear from management, but no such luck.

Yelp
My fiance and I got the loaded Miso ramen, and it was delish! The food to broth portion is really good, very savory and filling. We also got the pork gyozas which were amazing, super tasty. Even though it was packed when we went, service was amazing and super quick. The atmosphere is very friendly, the restaurant itself is beautiful, definitely a must visit if you're in the area. Pricing is pretty decent, it was around $50 for two loaded ramens and gyozas so I say it's worth it for a nice date night.

Yelp
Amazing ramen, friendly staff and fast service. This is a go to ramen place for me and my friends.

Yelp
Cool space that has a modern, fun Japanese feel, fast and accurate service, and okay ramen. Tried the spicy miso and the broth and the noodles were fine, but nothing memorable. The pork was very tender but the flavor was meh. Gyoza was solid, may return to try out more apps.

Yelp
We saw the good reviews and wanted to give it a try. Got the tonkotsu ramen and tempura. The tempura was delicious! The ramen was very disappointing. The noodles were dry and the broth was just so thin and lacked flavor. They also forgot my corn but the egg was good. The pork was also just mediocre!! I wouldn't eat this again! I wish it was better. I had high hopes based on the reviews.

Yelp
Tried Spicy Miso Ramen, and the broth was really good. I love spicy and can handle spice and they did good with it. I had extra spicy and it's great! We ordered Japanese croquet, it's mashed potatoes mixed w peas and carrots it sounds so simple but yet so satisfying. I also ordered Beef Rice Bowl to go. The pickle cut down the fattiness of the beef so everything was a balanced meal. Definitely will recommend this place to people and be back again. Didn't get a chance to take the picture was so hungry .
