I chose this kaiseki restaurant as the final stop of my Osaka trip — a place so rarely mentioned on Chinese social media that I could find only three posts across all platforms.
The chef and servers speak limited English, but they use translation devices and make a genuine effort to communicate and explain each dish.
Compared with other kaiseki meals on this trip, the flavours here are fuller and more rounded — overall more aligned with the palate of Chinese diners.
The quality of ingredients and execution also match the price point.
Another advantage is the flexible reservation system: guests may choose their own dining time rather than a fixed seating.
