Congratulations to the owner, who is able to select a really nice choice of wines. Huge wine menu and it requires some time to make a right selection, since there are also many wines that may not be in favour.
We came quite late after 10 pm, so only a few small snacks were available, we ordered the charcuterie with warm bread, not a really big portion, not really charcuterie, but overall tasty.
My appreciation for this restaurant is especially for the natural wine as I was able to pick a very nice Sancerre at 135₩ which is in Europe 30€ in a store and maybe 60-90€ in a restaurant. Fair pricing here.
For the handling of wine, I believe some of the staff needs to undergo some education program, they still don’t know how to serve, how to do the tasting, and it’s important to have a proper wine cooler, which should not be an ice pack. you cover the whole label of the bottle with. Sometimes it’s not enough to just look cool or act cool, it’s important to deliver.
