"A stately, 1986-built hotel with a 17th‑century–style brick façade anchors downtown Charleston and is now under local ownership (Beemok Hospitality Group, purchased late 2021) that is funding extensive renovations to guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, spa, boutiques and even the exterior.
