"Catch Waves Near the Southern Tip of the Island Jialeshuei is a gem for surfers. There are two breaks both of which are very consistent, especially the on at the north end of the beach. The locals are friendly and the waves are rarely crowded. The beach is clean and rarely crowded, and at night the stars are spectacular. This out-of-the-way spot allows camping on the tree-shaded the grass behind the beach. If that's not your style there are a hostel and a few boutique hotels directly across the road -- as well as a restaurant serving one of the best bacon and egg breakfasts in the country (business listing link below). Just a couple of minutes down the road, is also a mind-blowing coastline that you will want to check out."
