"I found it a beautiful place to camp on its own — the first North American Snow Peak Campfield, located in Long Beach, Washington (about three hours from Seattle and two hours from Portland) — and an excellent opportunity to test Snow Peak gear in the wild. Campers can book a tent suite with an already-pitched Snow Peak shelter and a camp kitchen setup (grill, tables, and chairs) or opt for a basic campsite and bring their own gear, and all guests have access to communal spaces such as a community firepit and café that encourage connection. A Japanese bathhouse with a sauna, pool, and cold plunge is expected to open in early summer 2024. The Campfield had a soft opening earlier this spring, will fully open on June 22, 2024, and bookings are available now.
