NYC’s Death & Co Opens in Denver’s RiNo District - AFAR
"A western outpost of the famed NYC bar that opened in May in the River North Art District (RiNo), occupying the entire lobby level of a 50-room, locally owned boutique hotel. It preserves the flagship’s emphasis on table service, hospitality, and expert staff while offering a completely updated, seasonally rotating cocktail menu organized into categories such as “Fresh and Lively,” “Light and Playful,” “Bright and Confident,” “Elegant and Timeless,” “Boozy and Honest,” and “Rich and Comforting.” The program includes an extensive selection of classic and signature cocktails, draft beers and a curated wine list, clearly marked low-ABV and sophisticated nonalcoholic options (notably the Alpenglow with bay leaf and hibiscus), and brand touches like the longstanding skull glassware.
