The owner, staff and regular patrons are straight up hard working, authentic, salt of the Earth people and if that isn’t clear or fancy enough for you, drink elsewhere. I particularly love the poster who shared “The only high-brow conversation in the place was between Linda and I, discussing our grad school plans …” Putting aside the fact that no one intelligent needs to tell people that they are intelligent, and your mad skills that give you the ability to simultaneously eavesdrop and have a “high brow” conversation with Linda, exactly how do you plan to get into grad school when you have not mastered using object pronouns with prepositional phrases?
