국제갤러리 부산점

Exhibit · Busan

"Sungsic Moon is currently doing his third solo exhibition with the Kukje Gallery. The exhibition is called Life, and it’s displayed at the gallery’s Busan location. The exhibition centers around 100 new “oil drawing” works in which Sungsic Moon carves and draws into wet paint with a pencil. The drawings show the beautiful small details of everyday life, like the plants and animals around Sungsic Moon’s home. RM posted photos of his visit to Sungsic Moon’s latest exhibition on his personal Instagram."

전남도립미술관

Modern art museum · Gwangyang

"The museum opened last year, and it is currently displaying some of Lee Kun Hee‘s art collection. Lee Kun Hee was the former chairman of Samsung and he passed away in 2020, so ARMYs believe RM may have gone to see the pieces that were in the Samsung chairman’s private collection. Lee Kun Hee owned more than 23,000 works of art, and his heirs decided to disperse his collection throughout multiple public art museums in South Korea."

Museum SAN

Art gallery · Wonju

"This gallery is fairly isolated among nature and not easy to get to (you'd be better off driving there than catching public transport). The museum describes itself as a place where art and architecture harmonise with natural surroundings, with the slogan 'disconnect to connect'. It houses a range of works including James Turrell light installations. RM was pictured with work by abstract artist Kim Whan Ki."

The museum is known for contemporary art exhibitions, and RM visited during his holiday to see the work of Taiwanese-born American artist James Jean titled Eternal Journey."
