During the fall of 2020, the Rooftop at Union Market debuted Hi-Lawn, an "urban backyard" from a team of restaurateurs behind spots like Tiger Fork, Calico, and The Royal. Cocktails on draft are made for easy, summertime drinking, as in a G&T with lemongrass, a Turmeric Mule, and a Coconut Creamsicle. There are also cans of beer and hard seltzer, and wine by the glass.
