"Why did this hotel catch your attention? What's the vibe? Generator brought its signature brand of design-savvy backpacker hostels to Venice in 2013, when it opened on Giudecca island. In dorms, each bed has its own socket for charging phones, a lock-up space for your belongings, and a reading light. Quad rooms are useful for families.
