@cntraveler

"Buttermilk Channel feels at once decadent and wholesome. It's indulgent, but the food is made with integrity, and in a lovely, simple setting. Rustic, hearty entrees are executed with a lot of care here. Think of it as high-end comfort food. The Eggs Huntington is a winner (served with poached eggs, buttermilk biscuit, country ham, and hollandaise), as is the heirloom bean stew with fried egg and grilled country ham." - Andrea Whittle
