"This surf-inspired coffee shop, owned by an Aussie and a Frenchie, is an outlier in the residential (but still near-ish the Eiffel Tower) 15th Arrondissement. Inside, it's all light-blonde wood, marble tabletops, and turquoise accents (a nod to the sea). The strong showing of coffee shop favorites—noisettes, capps, flat whites—draws a crowd of locals, thankful to no longer to have to travel east for their specialty coffee." - Lindsey Tramuta
