Marketplace cart pod, one of Portland’s OG food truck destinations. It was one of the first to add lighting, picnic tables, and a tent to keep diners out of the rain, and its prime location has always attracted the best carts in the biz. Matt’s BBQ moved here in spring 2018, and now that it’s in one of the most popular pods in the city, you’ll have to get in line early to get a bite of his buttery soft brisket and tender ribs.
