"Atelier Ace, the group behind Ace Hotels, has just opened its first spin-off, Sister City, in New York City. ... Sister City is more pared down, with smaller and more budget-friendly guest rooms that cater to travelers who probably aren't spending all that much time in their room anyway. ...
