I found the corner suites at the point of the building to be the best rooms, where eight wraparound windows overlook the junction of Milwaukee, North, and Damen Avenues and flood interiors with natural light. The decor, by Nicolas Schuybroek and Marc Merckx, is simple and almost austere—minimal furnishings, a low‑key gray palette with maroon hints—and the bathroom's wire‑glass window nods to the building's office past.
