The renowned Executive Chef, Mark Vaessen, (formerly at Sushisamba in London) has created the menus for OKU Ibiza’s four drinking and dining spots: To Kima (the casual restaurant), the pool bar, the juice bar, and OKU Restaurant, the signature dinning space.
