"Terror Behind the Walls runs from late September through the first week of November (Wednesday through Sunday nights) inside the historic Eastern State Penitentiary, an abandoned ten-acre prison that once housed Al Capone. Its semi-ruinous state is creepy enough during the day, but come nightfall, it’s transformed into a nightmarish horror movie come to life, with six scripted attractions ranging from prison break scenarios to evil-minded doctors. Tickets sell out and are sold in half-hour windows; once you're in, the experience takes 45 minutes." - Nancy DePalma
