My favorite meal of 2018, really good cooking with theatrics, but no so many that it gets in the way of the meal.

A "famous" hot dog stand with just really good hot dogs

A pretty great food hall I ate at a few times just because it was reliable

This is in Saluhall and I literally ate here like five times for just like SALMON.

Someone described this as the "Balthazar of Stockholm" which is kind of lol. Nice as a reliable "classic Swedish fare"... much like other places it's salmon, potatoes, shrimp, etc.

THE ORIGINAL, better and less corporate than the one in New York, but just as Instagrammable

A history museum that's an... old sunken ship?

Not bad, feels kind of like where a young business professional would go when they had a corporate card.
