"I see that the Great Hills Market location of Manuel’s renewed its lease at 10201 Jollyville Road and will remain in far northwest Austin through 2025; the renewal, along with leases for other plaza tenants like Regal 8 Arbor Cinema, Fire Bowl Cafe, and La Madeleine, means planned development of the area for apartments, retail shops, and restaurants is paused for now.
