Veggy Street’s Plant-Based Fast Food Expands to Southeast - Eater Vegas

"Less than a year after launching in Spring Valley, local 100 percent vegan quick-service destination Veggy Street plans to build a second home in the southeast, with the promise of 'many expansions' still to come. The restaurant promotes 'sustainable plant-based eating' on the menu, and dishes include the 'veggy cheeseburger' built with a 'vegan pattie, agave/guarana quinoa, lettuce and red onions on a pretzel bun,' plus wraps, sandwiches, falafel, soup, a vegan 'smartdog,' Parmesan yucca fries and desserts highlighted by a banana tapioca creation." - Bradley Martin
