"A bakery slated to open in the Ferry Building this June from two veterans of fine dining (chef Alex Hong and operations director Joel Wilkerson) and helmed by executive pastry chef Nasir Zainulabadinand. It will feature treats in the Viennoiserie tradition and laminated pastries with takeaway items for daytime service. Berkeley-based architecture and design Studio KDA ideated an elegant, modern design; final menus and details will be available closer to opening.
