"Eastlake’s venerable Italian restaurant, Serafina, is reopening for takeout and delivery within five miles, offering a mix of items from both Serafina and its sibling Cicchetti, including multi-course pasta meals, wine, beer, and pantry items like chocolate chip cookie dough, dry pasta, and sauces.
