@eater

"G’Raj Mahal, an Indian restaurant originally started as a food truck in 2009 by founder and chef Sidney Roberts, will preview its revived menu at the Levitation music festival in Austin. It had transformed into a physical restaurant on Rainey Street in 2014 before its closure in July 2021. The restaurant is set to return in a new location in Blackland at 2207 Alamo Street, though the opening date is not yet announced. During the festival, it will serve food at the Levitation Lounge at 809 East Sixth Street." - Nadia Chaudhury
