"Family Food Fight host Ayesha Curry teams up with chef Michael Mina to open an ode to all things barbecued and smoked. The menu includes some of Curry’s favorite dishes, such as cornbread with a red curry butter, Mama Mina’s falafel, and smoked St. Louis ribs with a choice of barbecue sauce, a Vietnamese chili-lemongrass, or Korean sesame gochujang. Other notable dishes include a whole pulled pork shank in an al pastor sauce, braised Jamaican oxtail, roasted shellfish, and meats from the wood-fired grill like Ahi tuna and Delmonico rib-eye steak. The drinks menu features a cold smoked Old Fashioned and other unique cocktails. Originally opened as a pop-up in San Francisco, the restaurant has expanded to other locations before establishing at the MGM Grand." - Susan Stapleton
