"After a recent Las Vegas debut that prompted hour-plus waits, the westside outpost will take over the former Oil & Vine retail space near Me Gusta Tacos. The California-based chain is known for wildly colorful, attention-grabbing dishes — bright red hot Cheetos cheese fries, purple ube milkshakes and fruit-topped mangonadas (including a mango slush version) — and a range of beverages such as matcha teas, coffee horchata, lychee crush and spicy watermelon drinks. Snack and savory offerings include popcorn chicken, spicy Sriracha wings, chilotes and grilled cornelotes that can be finished with melted cheese, chili powder, mayonnaise and crushed hot Cheetos. The westside location is slated to be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (until 11 p.m. on weekends), and a separately planned opening at The District at Green Valley Ranch has been delayed and is now being targeted for April." - Bradley Martin
