"I visited the new French bistro on the Linq Promenade introduced just before Christmas (officially opened Dec. 20), and it serves a mix of French fare and American classics with cuisine from executive chef Adil Slassi—formerly of Lavo at the Palazzo and Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace—and pastries by Claude Escamilla; founder Jeremy Decherchi brought the restaurant stateside from Paris. The 2,500-square-foot interior was custom-built in France and designed by a Paris team with more than three generations of millwork and design experience, creating a lively, fun, and tasty atmosphere where diners can sit at social banquettes or bistro tables and enjoy patio dining with a prime view of people watching at The Linq Promenade. The menu includes a surf-and-turf with lobster or shrimp choices, short ribs bourguignon, cassoulet, lamb shanks, French onion soup, and a hangover burger topped with caramelized onion, Swiss cheese, bacon cheese curds, and a fried egg on a brioche bun." - Susan Stapleton
