Aside from the bathrooms not functioning, an imminent health hazard calling for an immediate closing, inspectors found 11-day-old shrimp broth and nine-day-old tamales, according to KTNV. Excessive grease and old food covered the floors, walls, and equipment, while employees made horchata in a three-compartment sink next to dirty dishes. The restaurant also did not have a person in charge working during the inspection. The restaurant reopened on January 8 with a three-demerit A grade." - Susan Stapleton
