Best New Restaurants in Miami, May 2025 | Eater Miami

"The founders of Tâm Tâm and chef Adrian Ochoa have taken over the New Schnitzel Haus space on the 79th Street Causeway for a long-term pop-up called Double Luck Chinese. The restaurant, festooned in Chinese lanterns, serves modern interpretations of classic Cantonese dishes. Crab rangoon, for example, utilizes the entire leg, and orange duck is served in a flaming Hennessy sauce. The pop-up is scheduled to remain open through the summer, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent status." - Laine Doss
