"Winner Winner Rotisserie and Fine Foods, the quirky restaurant inside of a defunct railroad dining car in Oak Hill, is closing. Its last day will be on Thursday, October 31. Owner Sarah Lindsey’s restaurant, which opened in April 2018, focused on spit-roasted meats, like chicken, porchetta, and lamb. Winner Winner’s actual physical restaurant space — an old dining car from a 1949 train — was happenstance.
