"Su Casa, the hidden restaurant inside Mi Casa Grill Cantina at the Silverton, reopened with a new menu that features traditional coastal Asian cuisine with a Latin influence. Dishes include a salmon ceviche; an ahi tuna poke bowl with toasted macadamia nuts and a choice of white rice or matcha green tea soba noodles; a surf and turf roll featuring tempura shrimp, spicy lobster, and rib-eye carpaccio; and more.
