"There’s a lot you could roll your eyes at with ThisBowl. The new Australian lunch spot, which has more than 40 locations Down Under (there called FishBowl), opened its first New York last year. Styled in chrome, it looks somewhere between a fashion boutique and an expensive fitness studio. But damn, if it isn’t one of the best chain lunch bowls in New York City right now (that is, of course, if you’re not in a rush — there’s usually a line). Order the Sophie’s Way with poached chicken, purple cabbage, shredded nori, and red onion in a green curry dressing, finished off with a Thai basil and cucumber soda, that’s not too sweet.
