"A drinking-hall-style food hall housed in Building One of the district, it features seven independent stalls where different alcohol brands serve tastings, cocktails, and flights across wine, whiskey, gin, and beers on tap, with non-alcoholic options available at each stall. Brands will rotate seasonally, and the owners, Adam Rosenfelt and Maureen Meulen, plan to spotlight lesser-known or hard-to-find labels while remaining open to including local producers. The space opens onto the property’s rail park—where visitors play lawn games, bocce, and pickleball—and pairs drinks with entertainment such as billiards, live music, and even mechanical bulls. Its permanence on the property is undecided and may depend on demand and the flexibility of the site." - Beth McKibben
