"Owen Thomson founded U Street’s pioneering tiki bar Archipelago, which closed last year after a 10-year run. For the D.C. mixologist’s latest act, he runs a weekly pop-up at downtown’s year-old food market the Square. From 3 p.m. until close on Saturdays, the bar draws in Thomson’s regulars.
