"Just six months after it started, the run of Wade BBQ at 5 Sanborn Court in Somerville’s Union Square has ended: I read that proprietor David Wade received notice from his landlord on March 28 that his lease would be terminated at the end of April due to ventilation issues with barbecue smoke after a neighboring tenant complained. He began smoking meats outside but couldn’t control which direction the wind would blow the smoke and a second tenant complained; he declined to name the tenants, citing Union Square’s “sense of community” and not wishing to disparage another business.
