"Kisa Sikdang, which translates to “driver’s restaurant,” is inspired by roadside diners in South Korea that serve as quick stops for taxi drivers to enjoy a hearty meal. The restaurant offers budget-friendly, straightforward sets that consist of a protein, like beef bulgogi, pork bulgogi, or stir-fried squid, surrounded by an array of banchan, including kimchi, spicy radish, seaweed soup, pancakes, and ssam (fresh lettuce leaves). Lunch sets are priced at $19 and dinner is $24. Additional items like udon, stews, and pan-fried battered beef patties are also available for an additional cost. Wash it all down with soju, beer, or makgeoli." - Matthew Kang, Cathy Park
