"When specialty beer shop Bière Froide swung open its doors in April 2021, owners Kevin Demers and Sam Kirk made hundreds of beers from around Quebec available for purchase. Now they’ve made over the shop to sling international and local brews on-site, alongside a tidy cocktail list that draws inspiration from the cans on its shelves.
