"An all-in private-wedding venue that provided a secluded beach about 20 minutes from the couple’s resort and acted as a one-stop shop for planning, which made remote coordination easy. The team handled vendor booking and logistics — from a live DJ, florals, videography and photography to makeup-artist recommendations and custom signage — and helped realize the couple’s vision while ensuring privacy (no tourists in wedding photos). Its in-house catering was a highlight: cocktail-hour bites included ceviche in a spoon, mini pulled-pork sandwiches, Veracruz-style mini empanadas, octopus nachos, and arrachera with chimichurri tapas, accompanied by palomas, mango margaritas, and guava Moscow mules; the couple chose a crispy kataifi shrimp with tangy tomato sauce for the appetizer and served a surf-and-turf main of juicy rib-eye and grilled lobster with mashed potatoes and fried plantains (with sweet tender pork ribs, corn, and cauliflower also featured), all of which guests talked about positively." - Mira Milla
