"Clinton Hill: Sebastian Perez and Sebastian Bangsgaard first opened Smør, a Scandinavian all-day cafe, in the East Village in a tiny storefront before expanding with a neighboring bakery during the pandemic. Five years later, the team has opened a full-service restaurant version of Smør in Brooklyn. By day, there’s a bakery counter, with pastries like cardamom buns. It will also offer a full-service daytime menu with egg sandwiches, pickled herring open-faced sandwiches, and Danish pancakes with lemon zest.
